Another great dinner!

Visited our local restaurant once again and were not disappointed. Six of us dined on mahi mahi, scallops, shrimp, goat cheese salad, and nice wine. Max and Nikki were great hosts as usual, and I think it's important for those who don't give a 4 or 5 to understand the concept of this restaurant... read more

This small restaurant has very good food and service. It is owned by a couple that has operated for 20 years. The food was very fresh and tasted great.

Stayed at the St. James club and friends recommended the Hideout. One would have to know the Hidout restaurant as there is no sign, but it is a place not to be missed. Niki, the owner, does it all out front and her husband Max does his Magic in the kitchen. I had the duck breast with a lovely blackberry... More

We had read the rave reviews of The Hideout and decided to give it a go. It is a cab ride, rather than a walk, from St James's Club and is situated right by the side of the "main road". It is only open at night and we had passed it during the daytime without realising it was there !... More

We found this restaurant by accident (we were lost, as is easy in Antigua with no street signs). We stopped to ask for directions and then decided we wanted to stay - but they were booked so we made a reservation to come back in a few days for dinner. The food, owner who took care of the floor and... More

Staying at St James's Club , decided to venture out for dinner one evening. More of a short cab , than a walk.Particular as the road is unlit , but well worth making the effort. Nice friendly welcome. Decor is a little quirky but the ambience is very cool, very laid back. Menu is really inviting and the food lives... More

Over the past 10 years we have been at the nearby St James's Club 4 or 5 times. It is only this year that someone mentioned the Hideout. And it really i hidden. The ate no sind on this charming converted private residence. The food is very well prepared. I had breast of duck with blackberry currrant sauce.. Very tasty... More

One of the best meals we have ever had in the Caribbean as a family. Had a range of meals on the table and all were expertly cooked, amazingly flavorsome and presented beautifully. An absolute Hidden Gem in the Caribbean. We were served by the lovely owner whilst her husband was in the kitchen, a great partnership! Can't wait to... More

Very good fine food dining - we always visit the hideout on our trips to Antigua - we get the best french menu - perfect for those special moments with great attention to service with a one to one service attention. Great for that special occasion.

This was our first port of call on this years holiday in Antigua, and we were as always very very happy with everything. The food is first class, owners very friendly, the wine wonderful. I would give this 10 stars if possible. We went 3 or 4 times in two weeks and was fantastic every time. Thanks again for many... More
