Superb yet again

Been twice this week. Fish and chips excellent. Burger on the next visit which was just the right size I.e. not too large and tasty. The goats cheese was also excellent.

My summer local, so probably biased. This is a great place to just have a beer and watch threw sunset and the world go by, a snack outside, or truly superb food inside. Service is great, food lovely and a good choice. Can get busy, but try it out of season sitting next to the woodburner - just fantastic

Every year we approach the Waterfront fearing that somehow their excellent food and friendly service will have slipped but once again we are relieved to say that everything is as it should be. The calamari and mussels truly yummy and the Sunday roast not only delicious but great value. It was the reviewers fault that she mixed it up with... More

Popped in on a cold Friday mid-morning with my husband and sat by the gorgeous log burner with an amazing hot chocolate. The bar was almost empty, Polzeath mid-week in January usually is, but the few people who were in there created a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Can't wait to go there and try the food.

A table of seven adults served very well throughout the evening very efficiently by very pleasant and helpful staff. The range on the menu was sensible and catered for all. I chose catch of the day - the best battered cod I have ever eaten - cooked and served to perfection. I also took the local ale - Doombar on... More

Whilst on a long weekend with friends to celebrate a birthday we visited the Waterfront for dinner. I have been visiting the area for years and have seen this restaurant in many guises. On a Saturday night the place was busy with a great, vibrant atmosphere. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, while the food was absoultely brilliant for... More

On our holiday in Padstow we had a small walk to Polzeath. Weather was absolutely amazing - hot . So we were looking for a restaurant with outdoor seating, good food for valueable price and good beer . Those criterias has The Waterfront so awesome place. Large mussels is realy bargain because for money which you pay is absolutely massive... More
