I love this place, it is quaint, friendly and great value for money. The cakes are fresh and the soup is divine, big portion, piping hot and oh so tasty. cannot recommend enough.

Reasonably priced compared to others in Topsham which are overpriced. Service with a smile and nice choice of home made cakes

We had an excellent lunch here. The quiche was delicious - the pastry melted in the mouth! Also, the deserts are to die for! We are regular visitors to The Georgian Tea Rooms and can honestly say that we have never been disappointed. Very good value for money.

Three of us ate here one lunch time, we all had fish which was perfectly cooked, all served with seasonal fresh veg. The rhubarb crumble I had for dessert was definitely the best I had ever had!

An unplanned visit, to shelter from heavy rain. What a nice place! I had a big pot of tea (from a choice of 15+ leaf teas), sandwich with a nice garnish (salad, coleslaw and crisps) and a hot rhubarb crumble. £11. Very nice indeed.

I had a gluten free cream tea in the Georgian tearooms last Saturday & it was the best scone I have ever had. They also had a list of jams to choose from, I had rhubarb & it was delicious.

Charming service. Lovely tea. Just perfect. Shows others how it should be done. We arrived just before closing but they accommodated us with a smile, more than can be said for a more famous establishment in Lyme.Regis the week before.

This is an excellent place to eat, if you like good home cooked food. All the food is superb, what ever you order, cooked lunch, cream tea or coffee and cake. However we find the wonderful array of freshly made desserts irresistible and delicious. Portions are large, and price's are very reasonable.

The food is all home cooked and it is absolutely delicious. Although I warn you portion sizes are large so make sure you are hungry!

Going into the Georgian tea room is a bit like stepping back in time. It may appear quite old fashioned, but the quality of the food is outstanding. I would travel far to eat Mrs Knee's cream teas. Her scones are the best I have ever had, and I have tried many. They are served with the best local clotted... More
