As always, great wine, food and service. Never rushed and such a small restaurant makes you feel like your at grandma's house.

This is the best food, service and atmosphere in Nevada. Reservations is a must because there are only 8-10 tables. This place is also very quaint and romantic. Don't miss this one it's superb!!

My wife and I had booked a reservation for us and another couple traveling with us in Tahoe. We had been to Cafe Fiore back in September 2014, and we knew the quality of the food and New Year's Eve was no exception. It was a five course meal that left you enjoying each and every taste. We had brought... More

We stumbled upon Cafe Fiore by accident. I originally had made a reservation for an Italian restaurant in Truckee, CA (we were staying in South Tahoe). Realizing it would be silly to drive an hour out for dinner, we quickly searched 'Best Italian in South Lake Tahoe' and discovered Cafe Fiore. We're early eaters, so we went in around 5:30... More

They never disappoint. This is trully fine dining. There are only 7 tables, so you must have a reservation. The food rocks! The service rocks! And I tried to ignore the dessert menu, but it was impossible, and for good reason.

We spent 4 nights enjoying a lot of good restaurants, but this was the very best meal. It's very small and you need reservations in advance, but that adds to the ambiance. They start off asking if you want French bread or garlic bread. $4 extra for the garlic, but was glad we did it. The other bread also comes... More

Our son recommended this quaint restaurant and it was the perfect spot for our last night in Tahoe. We had a 7:30 reservation but had inquired if we could come in at 7. We were incredibly impressed to get a call the afternoon of our reservation asking if we were still interested in an earlier table. As there had been... More

The food at this restaurant was fantastic. We had the veal piccata and the chicken pomodoro. Both were wonderful. The minestrone soup was light with lots of veggies. Garlic bread was lightly toasted with a hint of cheese and garlic. And we had the handmade white chocolate ice cream, which was hands down the best we have had in many... More
