We had a beautiful meal with the help of Sean and his talented staff. From our starter to our finish we loved every moment. We dined on their lovely patio and enjoyed the candlelit setting. Charming and inviting. Actually had a little too much wine but they didn't seem to mind. Sean knows his wine cellar and I asked his... More

I made reservations for Café Fiore before we left on our trip to Tahoe based on other reviews I read. My S. O. and I were very pleased with the food and service provided however I would have been happier indoors. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and taken to on an outdoor patio table as seating is very limited... More

Wow, Cafe Fiore belies its tiny presence in South Lake Tahoe. Tucked behind another restaurant, this little gem shines, from first greeting to cocktails and all the way to dessert. I think the inside restaurant seating might accommodate 30, but they also have great seating out on a deck. We tried the fried green tomatoes for starters and they were... More

We only get to dine here every few years. The quality and the enjoyment of the experience never changes. Actually, it does. It somehow keeps getting better. It starts with the bread. Would you like French Bread with butter or the Garlic Bread - or maybe would you like some of both? What a perfect question! And it is nice... More

Gourmet food, server was very knowledgeable about the food served, but he forgot the hot tea for one member of our party.

We always dine here on our annual summer vacation to Tahoe. It is the best. Small, intimate, no kids, friendly wait staff and wonderful delicious dinners with great wine list. Entrees come with house salad or soup. I had the veal marsala.....melt in our mouth veal with delicious mushroom and marsala sauce. Husband had the special swordfish which was just... More

The Marriott Timbers Concierge recommended this small, charming restaurant and she was right. We visited it on Father's Day, so it was a family meal with our 11 year old son. Definitely one of our best meals in Tahoe. We relaxed over a leisurely dinner that offered something for everyone -- crispy calamari appetizer, spaghetti for our son, chicken for... More

Had reservation for 7 people, table was not ready so we got a drink at the bar next door. Due to the inconvenience they waved our corkage fee. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. Best dinner so far in S. Lake Tahoe.

Quaint little restaurant at the foot of the mountains in Lake Tahoe, so small it has only 7 small tables. Food is extraordinarily good using the freshest ingredients and so visually appetizing as well. Be ready to fall in love when you to Cafe Fiore.

I go to lake Tahoe on a regular basis a few times a year. This year for my wedding anniversary I took my young bride to Cafe Fiore. Small but quaint the service was excellent and the rustic atmosphere was terrific. The food was some of the best I have eaten in a very long time. The white chocolate Ice... More
