Very Good breakfast

The morning breakfast was very good, would prefer real eggs but all in all it was very good. Most hotels serve "powdered eggs" in the morning.

Generous helpings, fresh and prompt. Attentive staff. If you stay in hotel you should eat in the Restaurant

The meal was delicious, the restaurant is in a beautiful setting with great view and offered wonderful service. Reasonably priced.

Very disappointing meal. Stopped after one course. Maybe it was the chef's day off but if so we should have been told. Only two other diners who also didn't linger. Trained waiting staff would be a bonus, the girls were very pleasant but it all felt a little amateurish.

Unfortunately for Low Wood Hall, it is neighbours with excellent pub The Strands. The only reason we ventured to Low Wood Hall was because we foolishly arrived at aforementioned pub at 8pm on Easter Sunday night without a booking (woops). On ordering the vegetarian lasagne, I was quite suprised to find it arrived served with salad, crisps and a strawberry!... More

We stayed at this B&B for a short weekend break and booked into the restaurant one night. The menu was lovely with some great stuff to choose from. Also daily specials on the board in the bar. Good wine list and very friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful setting with great views across the valley. I had calamari to start followed by... More
