Walking back to the hotel after shopping at the supermarket,we came across this restaurant. There were many locals having their meals. Everything's homemade ,fresh pasta and pizza.Portions are big too. The owners were very friendly and kind.Spent time chatting with us,tourists, while preparing our food. It's a very simple, local restaurant and loved their food.Wanted to drop by for another meal but we just... I have tried them a couple of times and been very happy. The pizza is excellent and so are the pasta dishes. Nice service and a good value!

You're in Florence and you stop at one of the many Pizzerias dotted along the sidewalk as you stroll down from the train station to the Ponte Vecchio. The pizza is delicioso, thin crispy crust with just a smear of tomato sauce, a few thin thin slices of tomato and eggplant, a dusting of mozzarella, a sprinkle of fresh basil,... More

OK, I have to admit I'm a pizza snob. I have been living in Canada for 10 years and had yet to find a good thin crust pizza that didn't get soggy. So when I read about Bocelli's, we decided to try it out. Yes, the pizza is pricey compared to those in the southern provinces, but it's freakin' worth... More

The outside of this building -- the old Jamieson's Store in downtown Whitehorse -- is unimpressive -- peeling paint, a closed second hand story next door, and a generally unattractive setting. Persist! This is a fine pizza restaurant -- good food, great service, and some nice surprizes. My vegan son was delighted to find vegan cheese -- and he loved... More

Tried to go here to eat as we had passed by the night before and spoke to locals who drive miles for the takeout and raved about the food. We were told its the best pizza in the Yukon and the wonderful smell coming from inside certainly seemed to support that. Went by for a late luch around 3 pm-... More

Really tasty and large (I have a healthy appetite) thin-crust pizzas served with Yukon Gold on tap (excellent local beer). We had the table in the 'romantic corner' - ask for that if you're taking your significant other. The owners are there running the place and make you feel extremely welcome. Great food, great welcome. It's fairly small and basically... More

They really made us feel welcome, and made an excellent pizza. A variety of standard and unusual pizzas were on the menu, and other Itailian dishes (which we didn't try). Not cheap, but nothing is in Whitehorse, nor is the building much to look at. Just wish it was back here in NJ so we could go often.

I moved from New York to Alaska quite a few years back, and I've been moving around the world since. Being from New York, finding good pizza has been a task; but I've been fortunate in finding good substitutes almost everywhere I've been. Bocelli's is no exception. While it is not NY pizza, it is NY style and they do... More
