Good experience

We enjoyed the fried wontons and fish tacos. Yummy! We wanted a small side garden salad but it wasn't on the menu. The rhubarb upside down cake was excellent. The atmosphere is very nice but the room was too noisy to enjoy a conversation; we may have been there when it was too busy. Our... read more

We had gone to Dirty Pub which is immediately next door. I think what they have done is divided the Cork and Bull into two. The Dirty Pub was good but they had appetizers, pub grub and pizzzzzzza's. This is a younger crowd's place. However we wanted some supper and this was one of three recommended by the Pub. This... More

This place is closed, and it's not a bad thing. Food was mediocre. Best bet is to head nextdoor to the bar that the restuarant also owns, and eat some za.

I had the occasion to eat at the Cork and Bull twice in June 2015. Both times were limited to beer and appetizers but the variety and quality of the food was so strong that I didn't miss having a main either time. From the oysters to the blistered shishito peppers to the various bacon or bison themed dishes, everything... More

We ate here a few nights ago, and we were very pleased with our choices of ribs and salmon salad. The portions are kind of small, but very well presented and tasty. American visitors will like the prices as their dollar is doing better than ours, but Canadians will find this restaurant a bit pricey. Great service as the waiters... More

Located on the Main Street at the Yukon River end it wasn't that easy to identify. Entrance was a little dark and there are stairs to climb. Once inside there is plenty of room but it was very dark. We were lucky to get one of the few window seats so could see what we were eating. Which was the... More

We stopped in having read rave reviews about the steak - and we were hungry for steak. Instead the menu gave access to some interesting appys and generic pub food. The Mediterranean appy was good, the pita was delicious. The hamburger was small and nothing special and fries were soggy. The lasagna, while tasty, was a very small portion. We... More

My family and I were lucky to get the last open reservation on Valentine's Day. Hostess and waiter were great. Our waiter was very helpful with the menu. The food was great. We all had steak (NY Strip and Filet) and were all happy with our meals.

EXCELLENT food and beverages. VERY popular with locals, but easy to eat at bar if no table available. GREAT staff and service. The new Edgewater, as that has declined or at least become unreliable. Dine here in august EVERY year since it opened. Dependably excellent. GREAT steaks.
