Busy down town meeting place...

Nestled right in the heart of downtown, frequented by hipsters ridding fat bikes, this is a nice little cafe. Always busy the food is of good quality, the staff is professional and expedient. The prices are elevated but reasonable for the product offered. A good place to people watch.

I stumbled upon this place on my first day in town. In fact, I quickly grabbed a coffee and sat down for a bit. The place is quite funky with a good selection of coffees and teas, baked goods, and sandwiches and soups. I particularly like the location, which is right near the water, and the fact that the establishment... More

Baked is a stylish cafe with good coffee, fresh baked goods and even wine or beer. The location is right downtown and the atmosphere is casual but upscale for a cafe. The place is packed in the summer and often has musicians later in the day which creates a great Yukon vibe. Overall a must visit for anyone visiting the... More

When ever we start the trip throw Yukon, frist we have a cofee here. Good sandwishes and cake for a normally price. Mixed guest from young to old and residence and tourist.

Well the renovation sure is sweet, but the service has deminished significantly. We waited over 15 minutes for 2 drinks; one iced frappe (didn't have the syrup I requested), with no frappe (coffee water, yuck!), and one fruit smoothy (no smoothy but flavored water). The place was not packed, no line up, just a few peeps hanging out in a... More

The Baked Cafe is an Icon in Whitehorse! Being a local in Whitehorse means we appreciate the quality of the food, the atmosphere of the Baked Cafe as much as our foreign guests. Good breakfast, great lunch (soups and sandwiches) nice staff - very good!

I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benny for breakfast ($15.00). It turned out to be a study in contrasts. The potatoes were very good. However the eggs were cold and laced with bits of eggshell, the smoked salmon was bland, and the muffin cold and soggy. To top it off the service was very poor. The restaurant wasn't very busy. However... More

I always stop here at least once every time I come to Whitehorse. I love the sesame chicken salad (~$7), ham and egg bagel/panini (~$8), and their Guatemalan coffee is SO good. I've also had their quiches a few times, and their muffins are never disappointing. Thanks, Baked!

Stopped in to have a coffee and a scone after walking along the river. The scone was rock hard and when I asked for it to be warmed up I was shown where the microwave was and told to heat it myself. Food is not good and prices too high.

This is a good basic coffee/deli. From the Rave reviews I had heard I thought it would be something special. The food is good but not spectacular in price, flavour or portion sizes. Soups are tasty. Coffees are good normal. It is average comfortable but not super cozy. Can be very busy.
