The Bistro is a locally owned and operated restaurant, in a historic building located in the heart of downtown Saskatoon. Using locally sourced ingredients when available, dishes are inspired by our love of travel. In the summer months, watch for our Bistro Garden vegetables and herbs. Our garden started out as a few pots of herbs on our roof, and has grown to include tomatoes, peppers, lettuces, and so much more.

Amazing!

We made a New year's eve reservation and what a beautiful end to 2015. Any year that starts with that chocolate mousse is going to be fantastic. The service was impeccable, it was quiet with beautiful ambience. The wine and 4 courses were delicious. We will be back. Happy New Year!

The music is soothing, there is no clanging of cookware or chairs sliding across ceramic floors. There is no litany of personalities involved in entering and seating in the establishment. This is all low key, elegant comfort dining. A place where you can have a conversation without competing with the entire dining room. This is a place for adults. The... More

Perhaps a tad boring, but nice for a date night, a celebration, quite small group. Always small menu, but always well rounded. In a city where the best restaurants are chains, or fly by nights for a couple years of coolness, this is a classic, European, fine dining establishment. Also, decent bargain, when compared against pricier alternatives. Earl's price, with... More

If you want something special this is the place to go. Quiete and great for couples but also good for groups. The food is spicy and they grow there own vegetables, spice and herbs on the roof of the restaurant. The service is top class and the guy that runs it is a real enthusiast. First class food, first class... More

Polished and personable service, a small but excellent menu of very high quality entrees. Every dish was perfect... just how do they do those mashed potatoes!

The lamb curry was tender and nicely spiced. Good wine recommended by staff. Didn't make it to dessert. A small and dark in the restauurant but cozy. Only drawback - parking downtown!

Our "Gourmet Group" decided to eat out instead of meeting at someone's house and none of us had been to St. Tropez Bistro for quite a while. Friends of ours had been recently and had raved about it. We decided to give it a try. 9 of us attended and when we arrived we asked for separate bills and were... More
