This restaurant has great ambience and the serving staff is really good. It took us a while to get our entrees but not that bad. The salads were really good and the vegetable chips and sauce they brought out as an appetizer were really good as well. I ordered the Steak Frites (medium cooked). The meat was cooked perfectly but... More

If you have time to enjoy your meal, I would recommend Truffles Bistro as a nice change of pace. It might be tough to get in, but I find that the staff are eager to insure that your meal is superior and that it is a great experience for you. I would recommend Truffles Bistro as a restaurant that is... More

Relaxed ambience with time to enjoy your food (beautifully presented) and socialize with friends. You never feel rushed- the experience only adds to the outstanding, mostly local food. I also love going there for lunch!

Truffles is THE place to eat in Saskatoon. You do need a reservation, it's relatively expensive, and it takes awhile to be served dinner, but you'll be glad you went. See the other reviews to know the reason why...

Fellow travellers. This place rocks. Get a reservation because they are truly popular. Tried other local restaurants on this trip (mostly yech!)only finding old and tired restaurant and red neck bar options. This bistro is open, fresh, well designed and very popular. Great staff, super friendly and capable. Love the way this service team does a great job of tag... More

Nice French cuisine with many locally sourced meats and other food. Good selection on the menu, and the drink menu is nice as well, with many scratch cocktails.

On Friday night four of us booked a table at Truffles. From the phone call to secure a table to walking out the door after the meal pretty well everything was perfect. Have to admit, I wish they had lamb on the menu. The server was attentive and knowledgeable, the meals were delivered to our table in a timely manner.... More

The service was great, very professional and most of the food was awesome. The homemade chips to start were good, but not great; a little overcooked and a little under seasoned (but they did have mini salt and peppers on the table which is a nice touch for a fine dining restaurant). The scallop appetizer was delicious and the best... More

We visited Truffles for a special celebration dinner and were not disappointed. Much fresh local produce was part of the menu. Our server explained each dish as to its contents, etc. The food was delicious. It is a small venue, but dividers are set up to help give a sense of privacy. We would definitely go back again, even though... More

Took friends here for dinner one time but we will not return. The food was very average at best, the decor and ambiance was kind of blah and of course, it was very high priced for what we got. The service was okay but nothing exceptional. The dessert was not good. And we left hungry. I don't think this restaurant will... More
