I left feeling full and only spent $15 on supper, including a margarita. I have had better Mexican, but it was pretty good. I liked the pulled pork tacos, the vegetarian and chicken were just ok. The patio was already packed by 6:00, so I ate inside, but I still enjoyed the atmosphere. Waitress was attentive but not intrusive, which... More

We really like this place. The food is more subtle authentic Mexican and doesn't disappoint. They have a very comprehensive menu with loads of dishes to choose from. The service is pretty good, not exceptional, but good. Heads up: It's a bit loud when it's busy and the weekends can be busy, so expect a wait. The do have a... More

Oh wow is all I can say. My husband is from Barbados and had heard about this restaurant from "a dad at the kids school" - last August and we've just never had an opportunity to go until Sunday for Father's Day. What a treat! We got there about 4.30pm and it was about half full so we were seated... More

The title nearly sums it up. The food is merely good, not great. Not as much flavour as much flavour as there should be. More Mexican spices please. The service is great. The atmosphere is good. You can almost believe you're somewhere warm and Spanish speaking, although in the depths of a Canadian winter that is hard. Can't blame Los... More

Good food, Mexican decor, fantastic service, lovely patio. No reservations, but you can always start with a drink in the bar!

I enjoy the tasty choices here and the relaxed atmosphere. My favourite dishes are the pozole in winter and fish tacos in summer. This is a fun place to go with friends. Really, the only problem is that it's hard to get a table and they don't take reservations.

The food here is very good and happily the entrees are usually large enough to share cause they can be a bit pricey. We often share appetizers and enjoy the outdoor patio which us on a quiet traffic street and well fenced and covered. We return often as it us in our neighbourhood. Food offers are Mexican but many are... More

Weeknight was not too busy and seated quickly. Quick attentive service, even though they were training a new waitress. Limited beer selections but we found what we wanted. Had two kinds of wings for starters and both were delicious but not hot enough for the spicy warnings. Shrimp tacos were great. Fish tacos were good; made with Mahi Mahi. Ribs... More

This is a great little restaurant, but I think it could be better. It is small which isn't a bad thing but gets busy and crowded and service can suffer. You also feel the need to give up your table when you'd like to linger and visit and have a few more drinks once the line forms at the door.... More

We ordered the coconut shrimp (or favourite), chipotle pork bites, guacamole and chips and tamales. Everything was scrumptious and the service was quick and courteous. Margarita's and daiquiris are delicious as well! Will be going back over and over again.
