The food is okay except for the Calamari, which needs sauce. The burgers and chowder were good. The service is wanting as Earl's philosophy that beauty beats brains does not produce an adequate wait staff. Good to look at but the lights are on, but nobody is home.

I recently experienced very unprofessional service at this restaurant. We chose to eat on the patio, and were seated at a filthy dirty table. I wiped it with a kleenex and it was black with dirt. We asked our waiter, Nolan if he would clean the table for us. He got upset, said he was busy and was trying to... More

O.K. As many locals from way back can remember the building with the unique signage on top used to be McGavins /(Toastmaster) bakery.(Toastmaster used to be an independent Canadian bakery bought out by McGavins long ago when I was a kid.) When Earl's opened up in this location in Saskatoon on 2nd. Ave, someone was astute enough to coin a... More

What a wonderful place to have a small meal, large meal, or gather with friends for a cool drink. You have to sit on the deck, under the grape vines, especially at this time of the year.

Stopped for sipper just before heading out to Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan. Very friendly service, but a rather prolonged wait to be seated, even though the only part of the facility that was busy was the patio. Very good food, 6 different meals ordered, all very good and well presented. Prices a bit high for the quantity of food but... More

Poorer quality and quantity than previously. More expensive and lots of veggie filler. E.g. Thai shrimp appetizer was six breaded shrimp in a bowl of lettuce/kale. Ok but $13? Calamari was approx 1/3 prev amount centered in a long rectangular plate. Previously it filled a round dinner plate.

My wife & daughter & I chose Earl's for lunch this summer since we were in the area & I had not been here for many years. The service & food were superb of course. We chose to sit outside on the patio while the weather was so nice. We enjoyed the spicy bean soup, which was very tasty! My... More

We don't go here often but it is always good when you go. The burgers are a knock out, the pasta is great, and the sushi is always nice and fresh. The pizza is made in there wood burning pizza oven. It is always fresh and delicious. Good variety but not a huge menu so all the food is tasty.... More

I haven't been at Earl's in S'toon for about 17 years. It's much fancier inside and they have a brew pub that makes a good lager. Steaks and sides were very good, but they mixed up the order and my guest had to have his redone. Forgot one side as well. The waitress was very apologetic and nice though. It... More

The server we had recommended fantastic appies-- a nice twist on old classics. Try the roasted artichoke spinach dip or the calamari--you will not be disappointed. We went back again we enjoyed it so much ! Drinks are pricey especially cocktails but you are not rushed; the service is attentive & knowledgeable and the atmosphere is modern & inviting
