The name had me curious and I wasn't let down by way of atmosphere or food. Small pub, bar along one side and small tables stretching from front to back , tight feeling and dimly lit- as pubs are. But clean feeling and not claustrophobic. Attentive bar staff- I always sit at the bar or go elsewhere. Had a 5-minute... More

I previously lived in Saskatoon for 11 years and now come back regularly on business trips. Throughout all the burgers eaten in my time in Saskatoon I can't recall ever having such a delicious burger! No other way to describe it then amazing! I sat up at the bar for a late lunch and chatted with the bartender as well... More

The food in this very cozy cool pub, is outstanding. The various choices and combinations on their menu are surprisingly delicious. I would say you can't be disappointed here... and the service is excellent.

I was directed to this restaurant by some locals and was glad I made it. The decor is very welcoming and the smell coming from the kitchen was awesome. The waitress was very friendly, made great recommendations, and knew a lot about the menu and how everything was prepared. I tried the mushroom bruschetta as an app and the pork... More

I just recently went here on a double date and I had been wanting to try this place for a while. I had a bad experience the first go around and wrote about it, but this experience was totally different. It was dinner on a Tuesday night, I had the fish and chips and my husband had the burger. My... More

I visited here for lunch with my son recently and arrived early. It was not very busy at 11:45 am but filled up by 12:00. I had a glass of wine to sip while waiting for my son and was not rushed, did not feel pressured to order. When my son arrived our server told us the specials and the... More

This is a great place for lunch or supper. Their steak is really good, better than some places in Saskatoon that specialize in steak dishes. They have a variety of food options, including vegetarian options. Portion size is great. I've tried a number of things on the menu and have not been disappointed yet. This is one of my go-to... This place has good food and drinks worth checking out. The food is above average for price and so is the drinks but worth it. The servers have been nice and attentive every time I have been their. Try it out worth your time

One of my favourites... reasonably priced for what you receive, and very satisfying. Nice, fun, atmosphere and very friendly staff.

First time visit to the Rook and Raven in downtown Saskatoon for a late afternoon (Saturday) lunch. I was starving and really looking forward to trying out the food and checking out the ambience. My partner had the Pork Belly and I chose the Fish and Chips. The service was a bit slow initially (not a big crowd so not... More
