Affordable for the quality

The Rook is a go-to spot for appetizers, dinner, drinks. Great menu, including small bites. A good diversity of food including veg options. I consistently find that the food is delicious for how much I pay. Also- awesome drink menu! Great beer and cocktails, including infused liquors.

Went to supper with my wife because the restaurent is highly ranked. My expectation was a bit high. However the food was ok, a bit too salty to my liking. Service was ok. I am not too anxious to go back.

This is my go-to place for a consistently delicious meal in Saskatoon. The service is friendly, the meals are creative and high-quality, and the ambiance is laid-back and comfortable. I've eaten here more times than I can count and have never had a bad meal.

This is a very good place to eat. Not a large menu but the food is delicious. There is a nice fireplace which gives it a nice cozy atmosphere. Staff is very attentive. Definitely recommend it.

Tonight was disappointing in comparison to my last 10+ visits. Started with the smoked chicken wings, they were good as I remember... except the the celery served along side them was brown and in rough shape. Not appealing. My husband enjoyed his chicken supreme. The skin crispy, flavors in the dish very nice, seasoned well. I chose the pork belly,... More

I've been here twice. The first time we got the $10 surf and turf which was really good, especially the price. The second time I forget what I got, but i thought the price was too high for the quality of food. I would try it again though

It was a great meal in a very dim lite and private spot. I loved the fish and a good beer. the whole things felt very comfortable and un-plugged from the outside.

Ambiance was good, service was good. I was looking for a healthy option to eat and went for grilled vegetables. The vegetables were covered in a sauce and baked with cheese. It was good but just not what I was wanting.
