Wednesday thru Sunday this restaurant has a buffet special where you can taste a lot of diffrent food items. I had never been impressed with this type of cuisine, because I had never had really great indian food before. The lamb in onion sauce wow ! Tons of vegetable dishes and butter chicken and deserts too. All really yummy.

Great food, good portions and excellent service. A little hidden gem on 8th street. My wife and I have to eat at spicy bite every chance we come to saskatoon and we try something new every time. We're never disappointed.

Was in Saskatoon for business, and craved Indian food. Found out Taj Mahal had closed so decided to try Spicy Bite because it was close to my hotel. I ordered 1 beef samosa, chicken tika masala and saag paneer. The food seemed off to me, but thought maybe it was just different spices they use. In the middle of the... More

Food was pretty good, its the only Indian Food I've tried in Saskatoon, I would try several others before giving this place another look. The atmosphere was ok, except one of the staff was messing around with a bunch of sound equipment the whole time we were there! Very disruptive and took away from the feel of the place. We... More

Went to Spicy Bite last week for my mom's birthday. On the plus side, the buffet is a good option, plenty of selection but tends toward too many dishes covered in sauces. I can't comment on the service as others have because choosing the buffet is pretty low maintenance. The server seemed pleasant and stopped by to ask us how... More

On a recent business trip to Saskatoon, I decided to go for lunch with a former colleague. We had often gone to Indian restaurants in Regina, several of which we thoroughly enjoyed. My first experience with Spicy Bite left me feeling that it just quite didn't measure up to the offerings in Regina. The selection of the buffet was adequate,... More

It all started out well. We were seated quickly and pointed to the buffet. Buffet was nicely laid out and had what appeared to be a wide selection. Funny set of issues with the place. After we were seated, the server looking after our section just disappeared. No drinks, no water, no naan. Interesting. So, off to the buffet. Beef... More

7 of us; all colleagues went to Spicy Bite for dinner around 7.30 pm. There is parking available. They serve Halal meat. We ordered chicken biriyani, shrimp biriyani, butter chicken, chicken wings, Sal, nan, garlic nan, saffron rice, plain rice, salted lassi, mango lasso and a Caesar salad. Once we ordered, it took more than a hour to get the... More

A new very reasonably priced authentic East Indian food. A party of 8 ordering different items & everyone was happy with their meal. Everything was very fresh & tasty, The best samosa's I have ever eaten.
