I went to different spots for Indian food or other food in saskatoo, I can say spicy bite in downtown is the best place I like to go and eat All waiters and owner are very friendly, as if I am eating at home. Top quality food and all fresh. When I suggest place to eat I always suggest spicy... More

We had the butter chicken and saffron rice and can hardly wait to order it again when we are in Saskatoon next. Delivery service to the hotel was easy and quick!

While the ambiance is not the best, the food was great. If you like East Indian food, you will like Spicy Bite. I had the curried lamb and garlic nan - both were cooked to perfection. The menu was plentiful and varied; the service was very personal. A nice find!

The Supper buffet is $19.99 and includes a pop. The Buffet varies from day to day which is mostly good, since each time we have been there we have had new things to try. A varied buffet also means one night there was nothing we wanted in the buffet and went elsewhere. The curries are mostly delicious and aromatic, with... More

Wednesday thru Sunday this restaurant has a buffet special where you can taste a lot of diffrent food items. I had never been impressed with this type of cuisine, because I had never had really great indian food before. The lamb in onion sauce wow ! Tons of vegetable dishes and butter chicken and deserts too. All really yummy.

Great food, good portions and excellent service. A little hidden gem on 8th street. My wife and I have to eat at spicy bite every chance we come to saskatoon and we try something new every time. We're never disappointed.

Was in Saskatoon for business, and craved Indian food. Found out Taj Mahal had closed so decided to try Spicy Bite because it was close to my hotel. I ordered 1 beef samosa, chicken tika masala and saag paneer. The food seemed off to me, but thought maybe it was just different spices they use. In the middle of the... More

Food was pretty good, its the only Indian Food I've tried in Saskatoon, I would try several others before giving this place another look. The atmosphere was ok, except one of the staff was messing around with a bunch of sound equipment the whole time we were there! Very disruptive and took away from the feel of the place. We... More

Went to Spicy Bite last week for my mom's birthday. On the plus side, the buffet is a good option, plenty of selection but tends toward too many dishes covered in sauces. I can't comment on the service as others have because choosing the buffet is pretty low maintenance. The server seemed pleasant and stopped by to ask us how... More

On a recent business trip to Saskatoon, I decided to go for lunch with a former colleague. We had often gone to Indian restaurants in Regina, several of which we thoroughly enjoyed. My first experience with Spicy Bite left me feeling that it just quite didn't measure up to the offerings in Regina. The selection of the buffet was adequate,... More
