This was our first visit to Carver's - we were NOT disappointed. The restaurant is very intimate and tranquil. The menu has a wide variety of selections. The steak and lobster was outstanding. The meat cooked to perfection. The lobster melted in my mouth. We enjoyed a fabulous bottle of red wine at the suggestion of our very knowledgable server.... More

I went their for my 5th anniversary and it was horrible. Our server was very nice and kept trying to straighten things out. Took over an hour to start eating which by itself really wasn't a problem at all. Had to return every thing at least once. May have been an off night for the kitchen. Very expensive , would... More

The food was excellent, and the vegetables were perfectly cooked (which is terribly rare to find). The staff was friendly and it was a lovely quiet place for a party of one to enjoy a meal.

This is a fine dining place that serves high quality food. Thoroughly enjoyed the beef tenderloin dinner.

We spent 2 weeks dining out in Saskatoon. This along with The Upstairs Fondue were definitely the highlights. Carver's was quite a bit more expensive, but the food was amazing. Better than average service and great atmosphere. This is a dining experience everyone must try.

My roommate and I chose Carvers to celebrate at, both of us never having experienced it before we were looking forward to the evening. It didn't disappoint. The service was fantastic. Very caring staff , knowledgeable, helpful, you name it they had it. While the prices are quite high, the quality is worth it. Each dish we had was amazing.... More

My husband and I were here last night for his 30th birthday, we had an early reservation (5:30), which was great as the restaurant was empty at the time. He ordered the scallops in balsamic reduction (I think that's what it was, I didn't try it) and he said they were delicious. For dinner we both had the filet mignon.... More

I had to laugh at the earlier review of the condescending sommelier at Carver's. The exact reason why we refused to dine there for years. But, good news!! Jace is gone and we've come back. The food is great and service is outstanding!

A table of 6 placed too close to the cold draft. Had been a couple years since last ate here and noticed that the meal was overpriced for what we got. We did enjoyed our food and dessert. A smaller place to dine, sometimes the noise gets abit much.
