Tried this place for the first time today and I ate all my food. I loved selecting my own fresh vegetables, varied meat and fish, thickness of noodle and assorted sauces. The format of the restaurant was unique. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the cook weigh the provided bowl with my selection, clean and prepare the round flat grill, then cook... More

Mongolie Grill is now Nick's Mongolia House but it's the same format as Mongolie Grill. You go in, choose your own food, they weigh it, then cook it fresh. Since you get to choose whatever you want, you can't complain if you don't like it when it comes, but I've never had that problem. I can always manage to keep... More

The Mongolie Grill recently changed their name to the Mongolie House but it still has that same great taste. Patron's of this restaurant are able to pick up their own bowl and fill it with vegetables, seafood, meat and/or noodles and add sauces for flavor. The bowl is then taken to a cook who weighs it and hands you a... More

I carefully selected my meal items with a friend helping me. I have allergies so she and I carefully went through it all. The chef put it all on an uncleaned grill and I ended up reacting to the food. Sigh. However, a lot of people locally love this restaurant. If you don't have allergies, go for it. It's a... More

It's all too easy to get carries away here. So much food to choose from and the only problem with that is that hte price adds up very quickly.

I love stir-fry, so I keep trying this place, but am always disappointed, because the service is so poor. Every time. There are usually only two waitresses for the entire place. You will rarely be able to catch one of them. Difficult to get coffee or cutlery or anything you need. But the worst was yesterday, when they told us... More

Great food you pick out yourself and they cook right there in front of everyone. Just be careful not to pick too much heavy meats, etc as they charge you by the weight! It can be very, very expensive!!

I happy to love Chinese food and this sort of restaurant. I used to go to the one in Vancouver when I lived there. The biggest difference is the huge cost at Regina's whereas Vancouver's was a flat rate no matter how much you decided to eat. I doubt the restaurant would suffer if they implemented a flat rate instead... More

The food was very good and the presentation was interesting. You choose your ingredients and they cook it for you. Cost is by weight. I suggest not choosing the shrimp, they tend to shrink when cooked and you are paying for food you are not eating.

I would say its an average price meal $15 a plate, but that depends on how much food you get them to cook. because you pay $2.70? per 100grams. So some people at our table payed about $30 for theirs. Food did taste ok, its a stirfry basically, so it will depend on what you mix into your bowl as... More
