Cinnamon buns are to die for!

Green spot has both fantastic service and food. I especially recommend the cinnamon buns, but in my experience, everything they serve is great. Lots of healthy options, which is great, and the fruit cup they sell is always made up of very fresh and high quality fruits.

I enjoy going to the Greenspot on Wednesdays and Saturdays for the delicious cinnamon buns. There are often lune-ups on these days but the staff are always smiling and rushing around trying to give you the best service possible. Lunches are healthy and there are many dishes to choose from. It's a great place!

Still the best cinnamon buns, quiche, molasses cookies AND environment. Great for coffee groups, Sat morning relaxation, moms with kids, grammas and grandpas.

Fantastic cinnamon buns and muffins! I spent two weeks on business in Regina, and this became my daily breakfast stop on the way to work! The muffins and cinnamon buns were served hot, and they had many tea selections. It's refreshing to get a muffin, and know that it was cooked on site!

If your downtown, head in for a cinnamon bun. I think they only bake them on certain days though! Lots of vegan choices! Enjoy a mocha or cappuccino with your treat!

I've been a fan of this place since it opened years ago. They offer an excellent gluten-free, vegetarian menu (I'm not even vegetarian or gluten intolerant). Sunny makes the best soup and I also love the paninis, pasta salad, quiche, and their selection of lattes. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, she makes some of the greatest cinnamon buns you'll ever have!... More

The sundried tomato feta quiche is to die for! Don't miss out on this gem! The place could use a little sprucing up but great food.

Great cozy coffee shop, tasty pasteries and reasonably priced. Go there 1 -2 times a week, friendly staff. Favourite place downtown.

I particularly love their spicy soup and whole wheat steamed buns. The staff are friendly, and this is great place to buy coffee beans.

Located in downtown Regina, this may be a difficult place to drive to. I had one of their quiche dishes and found the crust very tough due to the fact they used a microwave to warm it up. However, it did taste very good! i also had one of their home made cinnamon rolls... delicious! Sparsely decorated, but well attended!
