Delicious ethical food for great prices in a great location

Greenspot offers wonderful vegetarian fare (and only vegetarian fare). Which is SUCH a lovely change in a meat-centred place like Regina. We went there for a brunch. Their cinnamon buns are delicious. However, their quiche or for that matter the variety of food is a let down. Maybe we were expecting a lot based on what everyone had told us. Other than cinnamon buns, we would pass.

We read a Leader Post article about the amazing cinnamon buns made on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We decided to check it out and they were as outstanding as reported! The venue was very busy and everything served to the patrons looked delicious. This seems like a great downtown place to enjoy fresh food and baking! Mmmm.

Excellent Coffee, and nice stop for lunch. Small assortment but what they have is very good. Great soup and quiche.

The cinnamon buns are stellar. IMO, one of the best bought buns in the city along with Tangerine and Magpies. Coffee is balanced and always good never acrid. Sunshine and her family make the place though, and came up with super different veggie options, steam buns, smoothies and cookies. Tasty little spot with loyal followers.

Coming into downtown Regina for a late summer farmer's market requires you to stop in for a coffee and cinnamon bun at the Greenspot Cafe.

Ever since Greenspot started cranking out cinnamon buns, Wednesdays and Saturdays have taken on new meaning in Regina. The cinnamon bun and whatever the medium roast of the day is are the perfect pair. The breakfast cookie is also a delicious excuse for early morning sweets. But, if your diet doesn't permit such decadence, their fruit bowl is an excellent... More

Service is fast and very friendly, prices are very reasonable, cinnamon buns are very well made. Within easy walking distance of all downtown hotels and well worth a visit.

Saturday morning, hot out of the oven, big gooey cinnamon buns. Skip the breakfast included with your hotel stay for a change and indulge in one. The coffee is excellent too, and the plastic containers of mixed cut-up fresh fruit are perfect for road trips.

This is one of the best places for cinnamon buns in the city. They only make them on Wednesdays and Saturdays but they are worth trying to find a parking spot downtown.
