The Willow on Wascana has been a part of Regina life since 2004. We pride ourselves on the amazing and quite surprising bounty this great province has to offer. From every grain under the sun to the most flavorful vegetables you have ever tasted. We even have fresh fruit growing in the valley. The willow has worked very hard with countless families and individuals skilled in the art form known as farming. From our major meat supplier, Pine View Farms in Osler supplying us with an array of all farm animals. Our wild boar family Schneider Farm just 15 minutes outside of Regina. Local eggs, local flour and now even a local cheese artist. Our amazing produce from Heliotrope Farm in Craven, you name it chances are they grow it. All these great things we enjoy so much and transform into our own culinary masterpieces, and just picked fresh right out of the backyard. From Farm to Table, let's face it, that's the way it should be. Cheers, Chef Tim Davies

Fabulous wine, hit and miss food, great service, awkward space

I had heard quite a bit about this restaurant from friends and acquaintances and was looking forward to the experience. Regina has so many wonderful restaurants, but this one was a disappointment for my husband and myself. The staff was very attentive, and the food presentation was nice, but the flavor just wasn't there. I felt that the prices were way too high for the quality of the food!

I had heard quite a bit about this restaurant from friends and acquaintances and was looking forward to the experience. As a further preface, Regina has very few fine dining establishments (save your navel gazing locals... travel more and the truth is evident) and this isn't quite fine dining but it's a vast improvement over most attempts. Because the Willow has one of the most beautiful views of the most beautiful attraction in Regina : the Wascana Park. The food is delicious and varied and the service is very warming, like the sun on its terrace. Come at least once and enjoy for yourself!

A fellow foody friend of mine correctly thinks he cook as well at home as many restaurants. But even he admits, this can not be said of the Willow. The food is amazing from start to finish and always kicked up in a way that makes it special. It is a dining experience. On our last outing there we had... More

This is one of those locations that can be perceived as quite pretentious; however once you relax and "chat up" the staff, you find this place to be a very friendly and approachable location for delicious food selections. There's a nice wine and beer list to please most folks. In fact, they are renovating to include more space for guests,... More

The Willow can always be relied on for an innovative and delicious menu. My wife and I recently went and this visit was not exception. The service is excellent but also respectful of your space. The food is well presented and very tsaty. The only reason I give it 4 vs 5 stars is the wine list. It is a... More

Thanks very much for your kind words Mac... we are likely to have to buy wines from the SLGA stores to crack the $40 price point, and with the way the dollar is reacting to oil prices it will be increasingly hard to find wines even at the $40 range as our dollar is so weak against the euro and... The Willow is very well known for superb dinner dining, but they offer a fantastic lunch as well. Right from the ample free parking (unlike downtown) through the fantastic meal (they even offer a 3 course lunch for $25, plus a wine pairing if you'd like) to the quick and friendly service. I like the Chef's offering or the daily... More

Have always had a great experience during dinners, but tried Willows for lunch a few weeks back. Was not disappointed as the food was very good, timely and in line with other restaurant's around the city. Will definitely come again.
