Expecting a lot- but Mixed reviews.

The coffee was great. The french toast and nutella was great. I had the "so much you won't want lunch" which was average to small. The omelette was terrible. It had day old bacon and hash browns. The pancakes were not fluffy and had cream cheese disgusting sauce on it. My food was awful, but I... read more

The food is OK. Some o the soups are good. The salads are average. The only thing worth buying are the cupcakes and they are overpriced.

We went here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. If you're going to go at this time, I advise to go early. We got there 20 minutes after opening and it was already 95% full. We were seated quickly, but after that service was woefully slow. Our server was very friendly, as was everyone we encountered. Service staff were all... More

Favourite spot for lunch. Had the dill pickle soup which was fantastic and the Butter Chicken on Naan. Really worth the trip from anywhere in Regina to this place

The food is GREAT! Fresh and Delicious. Large crowds can easily be accommodated. You order directly @ the counter. So the price is very affordable. The parking is atrocious!

I don't have to eat here... I NEVER will. I don't care what the food is like (other than OVERPRICED). Yet ppl FLOCK to this place downtown on the weekends. Go to HENRY's... go ANYWHERE but here... the place is nothing more than a dirty cafeteria and the Service/Attentiveness/Organization is woeful. Besides, almost $6 for a regular coffee and a... More

If you love a savoury breakfast with some heat. They have it!!! The smoked salmon buffalo Benny is a must try. The menu is split in two, one side savoury, one side sweet. The red velvet pancake is phenomenal. Specialty- banana bread French toast is to die for. I usually get a savoury breakfast with add on pancake. That way... More

Terrible service and food. We came here, and waited 20 minutes for our food when there weren't that many customers ahead. The woman who took my order got both my entree wrong(was so annoyed at this point that didn't bother telling her and ate different entree), and forgot my coffee, then made me the wrong coffee making me go back... Fresh and Sweet was recently featured on "You Gotta' Eat Here" Canada for their unusual breakfast waffle and pancake presentations. They serve great lunches (salads, wraps, sandwiches) amazing cupcakes, candied apples ( with a variety of toppings) and the best cup of London Fog tea around! This eatery is a must stop in Regina! Love that it's owned and operated... More

I watched 'you gotta eat here' and had been looking forward to trying out fresh and sweet for some time. I think we entered through the wrong door on the 'sweet' side, but once we found where we were, we were still confused. We could see it was counter service, but although it was very quiet, the four staff standing... More
