We've been to Fresh and Sweet before, many times, their menu is different to the usual breakfast offerings in the city and it's always been good... until this morning. We were pleasantly surprised to be seated within 15 minutes (you usually have to hang around in the doorway until you can get a table), so this was a good start.... More

Our favourite place to go for brunch on the weekend, always going for the breakfast plus with the white chocolate banana bread French toast. It is so good, with a large serving size, tough to finish everything Whenever we have guests from out of town we have to take them here for breakfast

I had the Red Velvet pancakes and they were very good but not great. Very popular place. It can be busy but not so much that you have to wait more than a few minutes for a table.

All I have been hearing about is "You gotta try this new place, it is amazing". We live out of Regina, and thought, What the heck, we are going to town, lets stop for breakfast. Really???? What is all the hype about. First of all the coffee was no better than at a gas station! YUK!! It was early, so... More

This has become my family's favorite place for breakfast. I've had lunch here numerous times and have not been disappointed. A few times, we've had to wait for a breakfast seat but were offered coffees while we waited in the chairs at the front door. Always pleased with the service and satisfied with the food. Kids LOVE the red velvet... More

$10.00 for a wrap - thats a rip off. Food was ok, not overly impressed. Service is slow and the atmosphere is confusing . tacky string lights, Music playing over speakers as well as loud stereo playing in the wrok/prep (crappy metal music) area made for an annoying noise.

Interesting menu, relaxed atmosphere, and an artsy ambience define this restaurant. The menu features some unique concepts on waffles, pancakes, and french toast. I tried the red velvet pancake and the banana bread french toast. They both tasted amazing, were more like desserts than breakfast really. Very heavy as a breakfast meal. Deserts and sweet stuff is definitely strong and... More

Awesome breakfast menus on weekends. During the week it is counter service but the people that work there are all super friendly - I go in on a weekly basis for lunch with a bunch of mamas and their babies and they are so accommodating with our big strollers and strange meal requests. 10/10!!

I've eaten here 3 times (all weekend brunch occasions) and each time has been really good. The food is well prepared/tasty - with a decent selection of brunch items. Menu is divided into 'sweet' & 'Savoury'. Coffee is good and CONSTANTLY refilled. I've found service to be excellent. Promptly greeted at our table after sitting down, and just the right... More

Table of 6. First week of May. Over $80 spent: This isnt the first time I have been to this place, but it will definitely be the last. Simply put, this place is a rip off. You can go to many other places in Regina and get a breakfast for half the amount Fresh charges. I have no idea why... More
