It's a bit of a dive bar, sure, but that's what's so appealing about it. There aren't enough dive bars in Regina, in my opinion. Slow's beer isn't awful - and it's $5 a pint (cheaper some nights). Add another $5 and you get a pizza. We go there a lot and the waitresses are always friendly. If you want... More

I had been here more than a handful of times and everything was good-average. I stopped in the other night with a friend to have supper. Our original waitress was great. We were given another waitress to take our food orders. I was intrigued by the sound of "poutine pizza". I asked my server if it was any good, she... More

Easily one of the worst places I've been to. All the tables were dirty and uncleared from previous costumers despite not being a very busy night. We only saw our waitress twice, once to order our drinks and food and a second time an hour and half later when we had to ask where our food was. Both orders had... More

The pub had a good amount of seating on the main level and upstairs, however now they seem to be adding another room for brewing beer but are taking up a great deal of the seating room downstairs. Upon entry now you are greeted to a glass wall and must either go upstairs or walk around it to see if... More

Wouldn't know how the food tasted because we left after 20 minutes without even being acknowledged by a waitress. That's ridiculous there is no reason for a table of customers to sit there for 20 minutes without one word by the 3 different waitresses that walked by our table numerous times. I was told not to go there due to... More

I work nearby and have eaten lunch here a couple dozen times. The place is not much to look at but the food is consistently good and the prices are decent. The liquor store on the side is a bit odd. Its a good place for lunch or after work beers.

They recently added a "liquor store" to Slow Food - and now I think it's called Slow Liquor. When you walk in now, it looks like a third world shack. Handwritten sign, giant security bars around the "liquor store" and then the pub. I found it really odd. This is also a brew pub now. I didn't try the home... More

They make their own beer and have the coolest labels for it. The food is tasty and fresh. Chill atmosphere.
