Take the best raw material from a region, add the passion for food and slow cuisine to transform it : and you get gatronomy... I tried the marinated eco salmon, which made me friend with salmon again, an incredible piece of meat cooked as I asked for, and 3 desserts : apple pie with mapple sirup, chocolate mousse and creme... great food, excellent service. wonderful location. small and intimate. VERY good French food. Would highly recommend. Parking right in front. Two story building, restaurant upstairs and a really good bakery downstairs. Bakery opens at 6:30am.

Situated above the local bakery, this restaurant has a lovely, warm and friendly decor with good cuisine, nicely served. But wine, beer and drinks are pricey.

Despite the quite good food, this restaurant was overall a poor experience. The delicious vegetable soup appetizer was disappointingly small, about 1/2 bowl, for around $10. Service was slow and arrogant. Our table saw the waiter possibly 5 times on not a busy night. I had to retrieve him from the bar area to get our check. Expensive.

We were not quite sure if we should try this restaurant but we were nicely surprised. Lots of choices on the menu and a nice list of wines altough a bit expensive. A small recommandation would be to make sure the food is still hot when served. My bavette was a bit cold but otherwise the food was good. My... More

Good food and service but quite expensive. Best deal in town is the Boulangerie downstairs for lunch!

Ate one dinner here while visiting Tadoussac. Only a few people in town in mid-September, so we were able to eat in the second floor sun porch. Charming interior and good service from the staff. Menu offers some local food including game and fish. We liked it a lot.

Very disappointing dining experience, from start to finish. As my partner and I sat down we were offered a glass of cider - feeling adventurous and brave we said sure. Luckily we only ordered one glass thinking we would savour it together. To our dismay, the waiter brought back the tiniest, thimble-full of what tasted like nothing more than apple... More

We spent here two meals. The food is wonderful and Also the atmosphere is lice to be in a family-house. Good price/quality rate. Reccomended.
