Must eat here

When in Sherbrooke, eat at Louis. Great food at reasonable prices. Good variety on the menu but you can't go wrong with a steamed dog and poutine.

Louis is a Sherbrooke chain that's been around for decades. The food is simple and honest, and the staff are usually quite friendly. The prices are a bit more than typical burger joint but they're still reasonable. The burgers are made with local beef which is also free some antibiotics, and the fries are made on site, so you can... More

My stepson and my daughter-in-law live at Sherbrooke from last year and tell us that is the best poutine in the city. It is a very good snack bar and the price is right. There are 3 sizes: small, medium and large. The portions are very well served. It is worth to try it.

The restaurants are in the main street and near the city centre, the French fries are awesome as the poutine. To try absolutely

I have been a few times and each time seems better then the last. Fast food yes, but higher quality then some other places. The poutine is wonderful!!

Always the best place for burgers, poutine, smoked meat sandwichs or just plain fries. So good! Such a treat. Favorite ''fast food'' place.

The best part is the poutine. When we are in town this is a must visit location. The fries are nice and crispy, and it's made with dark gravy and delicious croute de fromage (cheese curds).

This is one of the best places to go for a poutine. The service is usually very quick and they're very friendly. It's a little pricey for a fast food type place but it's worth it.

Everytime I visit Sherbrooke, I ALWAYS stop here for poutine and a steamed smoked meat sandwich. So good, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Their sauce is so good and they aren't skimpy on the cheese... just so darn good.

If you visit Sherbrooke, you can't sidestep this place. Amazing food, a Sherbrooke institution. Can't say enough, have to go.
