Fish and Chips!

Recommended by a local college student, the scene at this converted railroad station is indeed young and hip. I love all the exposed brick, vaulted ceilings, and quirky touches. All of the food is delicious. I recommend the calamari, smoked meat sandwhich, fish and chips, and of course the fries served with delicious bacon pesto and red pepper mayo. The beer is also great my two favourites are the trip d'automne and the quaker stout, the blueberry beer is also great in the summer.

Now I actually haven't been to the new restaurant that opened up last summer due to the fact that everytime I show up it's packed. This would be the Jacques Cartier location. the original location is next to the bus terminal right smack downtown. If you like fish and chips, this is the place. They add craft beer to the... More

I went with a group of friends from work. Great environment, food was fine but nothing amazing. Service was also pretty good.

Although the food is kinda ordinary, the dark beer is a go to and makes up for it. Great environment to hang out with friends.

It's a magnificient micro-brewerie that serves up a pretty decent meal. They do have many beers to try and I do recommend the tasting platter, that will really help you find your favorite or make it harder because you won't be able to choose.

The beer was great which was an English style IPA. The real surise was the food. It was the quality you would expect in a fine restaurant, my wife and I had salmon salad and salmone penne. Bothe were delicious, fresh tasting full of flavour. Our regret is that we found this place on our last day in Sherbrooke. The... More

We randomly found this place in Sherbrooke and enjoyed the Sunday afternoon sun for a few hours on the outside deck. Triple Belge beer was the pick for me. And all the food was surprisingly delicious - high restaurant quality and not what you may expect at a microbrewery pub.
