Luv'd the fish sticks

Very cool decor in an old train station, lots of rustic wood & glass walls. Comfy homey atmosphere. I think beer is the main feature, but I had ice tea, most server are French, but we managed with a lot of signalling & broken eng/French. The fish sticks ( Angevin Bierce) was excellent & I would... read more

Every wednesday I go and have a couple of pints with a friend. What I like the most about Siboire is the greeting by the friendly staff especially Christian always shakes your hand before telling you about the new beer that week and with a sampling. Like the overall look of the heavy wood, bike frames that pose as lamps... More

Traveled to Sherbrooke from New Hampshire with my family for dinner. Staff was great and helped us with the French on the menu. My wife ordered a meal that ended up feeling more like an appetizer. Our server allowed her to replace that item on the bill with something else (not necessary, since the food was very good, just not... More

The alcohol is the reason to go to this place. We went one evening as a group of friends and probably spent close to three hours there just eating classic bar food and having drinks. The wait staff was wonderful, making jokes with us and being sure to bring us more food and more drinks as we asked for it... More

Even being vegan, I was able to have a very tasty gaspachi and a very good tomota basil pizza (hold the cheese).

Beer lovers if you happen to be in Sherbrooke area, this is the place to stop. This restaurant and microbrewrie has a very unique eclectic décor. The beer is very tasting and many choices to pick from. my favorite is Trip d'automne. Located close to Jacques Cartier Park, this place has a beautiful terrace and you can look over the... More

Great microbrews, beers are excellent!!! In a restored train station once facing the wrecking ball, now back in its proper livery. Everyone was friendly. Nice terrace, too.

Recommended by a local college student, the scene at this converted railroad station is indeed young and hip. I love all the exposed brick, vaulted ceilings, and quirky touches. Three different kinds of fish and chips with hand-cut, thin fries. Absolutely amazing. The beer selection is outstanding, and the mild choice on tap that my waiter helped choose for me... More

All of the food is delicious. I recommend the calamari, smoked meat sandwhich, fish and chips, and of course the fries served with delicious bacon pesto and red pepper mayo. The beer is also great my two favourites are the trip d'automne and the quaker stout, the blueberry beer is also great in the summer.

Now I actually haven't been to the new restaurant that opened up last summer due to the fact that everytime I show up it's packed. This would be the Jacques Cartier location. the original location is next to the bus terminal right smack downtown. If you like fish and chips, this is the place. They add craft beer to the... More
