Squashed in like sardines

We had breakfast here while staying close by. It seemed convenient, but the tables were so tightly packed in that you were in danger of knocking elbows with the person on the next table. Set in a very good location, walking distance from Chateau Frontenac and the Parliament building, it features old shabby interior, not very clean washrooms, disappointing food and bad service...

Sitting here just waiting for the check. Left my coffee (that's what they called it; I'd described it as muddy water with milk foam on top). Tried pancakes with sausages. Pancakes were bad and the sausages might have had 1% pork - the rest was fat of some description. My wife's crepes was elastic. Thankfully they couldn't mess up the... More

Looking for an relaxing meal, that is full of flavor you should check this restaurant out. We started our busy day of site seeing in the beautiful city of Quebec with breakfast here. The staff was attentive, food was amazing. It was so good that we returned later for a delicious desert and their amazing coffee.

If you go to this spot for breakfast, make sure you have lots of time. We waited at least an hour for breakfast for 4. When we left, I felt like I was still hungry as the portion sizes were small and the food quality was mediocre. We felt like our breakfasts were worth quite a bit less than what... More

We wanted to see the Changing of the Guard at the Citadel and this restaurant was within reasonable walking distance. A few other restaurants in the area were also open for breakfast but with a name like l"Omellette, you have to trust that they know what they are doing for breakfast. And they do. It was a very good breakfast.

3 Chocolate milks were just shy of $15! That's outrageous. Next time I rider the kids beer it would be cheaper! (Kidding) Food was good for breakfast. Had 2 breakfast specials, 2 crepes and a spaghetti (11 year old breakfast choice!) It was a decent choice for this meal the kids liked the crepes, eggs were done well, bacon was... More

My boyfriend and I stopped for lunch at L'omelette and were greeted right away. We sat down and I ordered a lemonade. I'm not sure if I got lemonade or some kind of fruit punch cocktail but it was very delicious so I didn't send it back. For lunch I ordered Mussels and fries and my boyfriend ordered a poutine.... Good price for the area. Try the Caribou, maple syrup+wine+whisky, pretty nice. Found what appeared to be insect eggs on salad leaf. I guess it happens sometimes. Waited 45 minutes for food. Not cool when you are hungry.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch. He ordered a crepe which we sent back twice as it was burned both times and the waitress did not seem to notice. We kept having to call her over if we needed anything. We definitely would not eat there again.
