Perfect dinner after a long day of sightseeing

We were lucky to score a table on the street patio for dinner. Our shared appetizer was a grilled squid with julienned peppers in a sweet sauce, which was wonderful. My daughter had the striploin steak and frites, which she said was very good and I had beef short ribs with both a red wine sauce and... read more

This restaurant is in Basse-Ville and did not seem as full of tourists as some of the restaurants in Haute-Ville. At any rate, we were treated like honored guests. The wait staff offered to switch to English after my initial forays into their native language. My husband and our son ordered the steak, which was served not only with the... More

If you're looking for great food and service this is the place. Hubs had Boar Tenderloin Carpaccio with Sea-buckthorn, Greek Style Vegetables for his appetizer and Marinated Bison Shoulder Fillet, Celery-Root Purée, Sauteed Fiddleheads for his entree, he was oohing and ahing throughout. I had the Warm Crisp Goat Cheese, Salad, Dried Tomato Emulsion, Merlot Vinaigrette and Leek soup, both... More

Went here for brunch and the apple marshmallow pancakes were devine! Hunby had steak and eggs and that was also dellicious. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We sat outside and there was great people watching!

Lovely food and good service. We went here because it was close to our hotel. We would have gone back but there were so many more places to experience.

It was not the first time but the service was again impeccable and unpretentious. The menu is fresh and you may dare having anything or everything. I have to try to make those appetizers... There is NO way you can leave disappointed. Perhaps except for the bio wine. But it is only my take on it.

On a main street in lower Quebec City. Food was just average, some below average. Wine list was VERY over-inflated.....not the same as at other restaurants we dined in while in QC.

Great little bistro in the heart of lower town that we discovered thanks to trip advisor reviews. Great food and service and imaginative use of local ingredients in creative dishes served in decent portions accompanied by a good wine list
