Excellent quality, very expensive

The server had absolutely no manners and we really felt all night long that he was only trying to build us the highest bill as possible always suggesting us the most expansive things on the menu without asking us any questions about what we like, what we're looking for or anything, he was really just trying to push the products... Nice decor, upscale, and trendy. Food tastes great with large sashimi and maki rolls than other places. It is expensive though. Gave 2 stars because it took 40 minutes to be served on a quiet night (Sunday). That's unacceptable for a restaurant that charges this much. Staff reasonable.

I liked: - nice decor, urban and modern; - lively atmosphere ; - staff efficient and friendly; - sushi fresh and tasty - nice selection - maki just spicy enough; - reasonable price for the quality and quantity; I didn't like: - the table d'hôte is enormous! Soup, fish tataki, about 14 pieces of sushi/maki and cake are included -... More

I ordered the "nikita", and the sashimi was fatty and delicious. Generous portions for a reasonable price. Would recommend. The only downside was that I found the restaurant too fancy for my liking - the plating was exquisite and beautiful, but I had to wait a while and I would've rather gotten a simple dish without all the decorations. Still... More

The food is good, but the service is not. I went to that place at least 10 times and the service was always bad.

Best sushis restaurant I've been to in Quebec city. I ate there as well as ordering takeout and didn't disappointed. Sushis are tasty. Though they have many other great options on the menu I strongly recommend the "B52", "TMT" and "Maki Surprise" they are simply delightful. "Maki Midi" is also an excellent choice if you like smoked salmon. And if... More

Kimono was highly rated and near our hotel so we gave it a shot. The suishi was very tasty and the pieces were generous. The suishi was nicely done and also delicious. My wife had a chicken dish which she also enjoyed. Nice upbeat atmosphere. We'd return.
