Had a great time here with 2 coworkers. Didnt have reservations so had to sit up at the bar but we had no problem with it. You have to get something with lobster in it - amazing!!!!
One of the best sushis I've ever had! You definately have to try the maki surprise! Great ambiance and service as well.
We ordered take-out sushis and were delighted by the "chef's choice' of the day. Try it, it is very good and I'm not a sushi fan!
Good place for sushi and Japanese food with a nice ambiance and vibe. There's nothing groundbreaking here as most high end sushi places will be quite similar. We had an assortment of sushi and I also ordered the Filet Mignon dish which was very good. If you want good Japanese food and sushi then you won't go wrong with this... More
Very friendly and cozy ambiance, good services. Taste Tataki Tuna and don't forget Salmon "Maki surprise" if you like sushi. Good for your life and for your heart! Best sushi restaurant in Quebec city!
I was very pleased with this restaurant. I picked the Kelan for 45$+tx (for 2 people) and there was a LOT of food. The lobster maki was great and the TMT was good too! However, these were not my favorite pieces. The Kelan came with 2 spoons which contained some rice and a mixture of fish, tempura flakes, masago and... More
I have tried number of sushi joints in the Qc City area and I think this is the best one out of the lot. I love sushi and keep coming back to this one because I know I'll get good quality sushi. They have a very good selection of rolls. They are big but i think they area bit pricey.... More
Dinner at the new location on Route de L'Eglise in Ste-Foy. We are sushi lovers. Beautiful decor, great service but very slow. It took quite a while to get our drinks. Wonderful sushis, we tried the chef special. It was yummy: makis, nigiris, shashimis all great! A very pleasant experience!
My BF and I ate here on Friday October 29th. We called early in the day to reserve a table, however they were only able to offer us a seat at the sushi bar. We arrived and ended up seating at the actual bar, not the shshi bar. (It looked more roomy). We ordered a variety of rolls, but our... More
My wife is a big time sushi lover, and we have tried every sushi place in town. The Kelan which sells for $55 and has plenty of sushi for two people is the best combination of quality and value in Quebec City. You get several nigiri and maki specialties of the house, they do not sneak in low quality pieces... More
