Delicious!

Excellent crepes, european feel, delicious vin chaud, great location. Staff is busy but friendly. There can be lines but they move quickly. Only negative experience was with the chai tea, it's gritty and tasted as if it contained artificial sweetener. Coffee was good.

Truly a wonderful experience of old world Quebec. This is very quaint with an extensive menu. Staff are very friendly and helpful! Everything tasted so fresh and was presented very nicely. Warm and cozy! This is a must stop while in Quebec.

Excellent crêpes - very good prices. I had heard it could get very busy here, but we're here in March and the city seems very quiet. Ate here on a Saturday night and had both savoury and sweet. Both were delicious and very well priced. We added béchamel sauce and side salads for a small up charge for each -... More

We ordered the ham and cheese crepes and also a strawberry and banana dessert crepe. We sat at the bar and were very impressed by the cleanliness of the kitchen and the efficiency of the staff. It's a small restaurant so if there is a line you do have to wait in the interior doors so as not to disturb... More

Fantastic choice of crèpes, sweet or savory. Fresh made while you watch. Can get a little cramped as it's small. But worth it!

Go to Crêperie-bistro Le Billig!!! Absolutely delicious! We went to Billig first at the recommendation of our hotel. Then thought, this one is so much closer, lets give it a try. Nope. The crepe itself was chewy and we actually had a difficult time cutting it. If there wasn't a better option, then I would go here. But Billig is... More

As you go through the first doors, there are is a poster in the 2nd door that says "no trespassing" we thought it was a funny joke and started to wave at the waitresses inside the restaurant, they ignored us. We walked in and were asked if we could go back and wait between the 2 doors. They were not... More

We came for a late breakfast - the place was packed and our first table was wedged between two full tables. Luckily, a window table opened up before we ordered and we were able to move. With lots of space and lots of time, we had a terrific meal. Beers, spiced wine, crepes (both sweet and savory) - a really... More

We have been many times, it is a place we look forward too. Wonderful crepes and a bowl of Cafe au lait Hmm the best. You can watch make them your crepe ( man they great to watch) Of course it is made yourway with dozens and dozens of ingredients to chose from. To top it all off the prices... More

We ate breakfast here twice while we stayed at Hotel Manoir Victoria (just around the corner). They were very helpful and friendly and catered to my gluten intolerance very well (making me a mushroom/spinach omelette and a massive stack of sliced fresh fruit!). My teenage daughter and husband were delighted with the crepes. We would definitely recommend eating here.
