Nothing exceptional here, burgers are nothing more than what you could find at a A&W. The patty is slim and flavorless. I had heard people talked about this place for a while but I won't be returning for 15$ burgers that has nothing on small pubs and such. It's allright with nothing more.

I was paying too much in fancy restaurants and just getting average food, then we found this place, 800 Mt from my hotel and it was the best!!!

With a location a bit away from the touristy area, my wife and I were skeptical, but what a great place this is. The waitress was extremely friendly and spoke perfect English. The value was great for the very large serving sizes. Most importantly, the selection of vegetarian burgers was very impressive. It can often be difficult to find vegetarian... More

We went there because the restaurant we were planning to go to was closed and we had to look for an alternative. This was a pleasant surprise, the burger Sanglier was tasty, while the Merguez one was equally full of flavour. They come with a choice of salad, fries or both. Even the salad was top notch, while the fries... More

We came for the vegetarian burgers, and we were not disappointed. The frites were tasty and plentiful, and the sauces were all quite good as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The tables were a tad cramped, but the overall atmosphere was very pleasant.

My wife and I ate at Chez Victor since it was less than 100 meters from our hotel. We both had burgers. The menu offered a unique twist on standard meal choices including the burgers. We both enjoyed our dinner and agreed to revisit if the opportunity presented itself. The atmosphere was nice and the prices quite reasonable.

Our first dinner in Quebec. The ambiance was quite nice and the location away from the downtown hub bub was only a couple of blocks from our hotel. We struggled with the French menu a little but the waiter was happy to translate. We had to try these gourmet burgers even though we don't usually eat meat. They were quite... More

Okay, I will say that the beer was pretty good. And the place was kinda cute and away from touristy-Quebec City. The service was not. Tables seated after us were served before us. Drink refills were a foreign concept. Maybe I'm spoiled by the gourmet burger places in NYC and LA, where you pay $15-$20 for a good juicy burger... More

This is an very good restaurant. It has very modern furniture and a nice ambience. The food is also very nice. The burgers are very flavorful, however the fries are the best. They are very crispy and tasty. Another good thing about the restaurant is that they have a variety of mayonnaises.

I am not big fan of burgers and as being vegetarian get few boring options.but chez Victor changed my view and The best burger I have ever had last week during my Quebec trip.
