This was my second visit to Chez Victor, and I liked it even more on this trip than the last. I had the Pork and Bleu burger with onion confit, my daughter had the BLT. We both got a mountain of fries, and house mayonnaise. My burger was beautifully cooked, flavourful and juicy. The sweetness of the onion confit was... More

When staying in Quebec we made a visit to Chez Victor for dinner. They have very good burgers and home made mayonaise in all kinds of flavours. Make sure you'll try them. Also the pies for desert are worthwile.

We just sort of stumbled across this place, but it had great burgers and also vegetarian and gluten free options. Tons of fries on the plates, none of us finished all our fries! It was a tasty (albeit heavy) meal.

In Quebec, it is difficult to find food for vegetarians, as of course traditionally people eat a lot of meat. Craving a salad, we went to Chez Victor and were well pleased with the generous portions and AMAZING spinach-brazil nut burger. MMM.

While Chez Victor is a chain, each location has its own decor. The one on St. Jean is located in the basement of an old house and features stone walls. It is cozy and the staff is welcoming. A great place to hang out with friends. Chez Victor has Boréal beer on tap, and the burgers are wonderful. I would... More

The burgers here were delicious, they offer take-out if your are exhausted after a day of walking the Old City, and the buns and fries are gluten-free. The staff was extremely pleasant and the food didn't take long. The garlic-curry mayo was the best and I wish I could've purchase some to take home. We didn't stay to eat, however... More

We were suggested to eat a burger at Chez Victor by our hotel manager, we now understand why :-) All 4 of us took a different burger accompanied by poutine and a salad on the side, we all loved our choice. If you want to eat a burger in quebec, go to this place. Very reasonable prices for very tasty... More

Great little, cosy place. It's a bit of a walk from the Old City but well worth it. As mentioned before, the menu is only in French but service in English is not a problem. The night that we were there, the owner (I presume) was running the show all by himself: taking orders, serving food, and handling the cash... More
