Great little, cosy place. It's a bit of a walk from the Old City but well worth it. As mentioned before, the menu is only in French but service in English is not a problem. The night that we were there, the owner (I presume) was running the show all by himself: taking orders, serving food, and handling the cash... More

Chez Victor has anything you could think of for a burger- and more! Service was quick and friendly. The menu has many different options (including some vegetarian options). Really tasty- I enjoyed my chicken burger and my fiancé really liked his boar burger. The fries come with homemade flavoured mayo- and you get to choose which flavour :) And it... More

Chez Victor is truly a unique burger joint. Although the menu is entirely in French, the servers are very friendly and helpful when ordering. The variety of burgers here is not something you come across in America. My boyfriend and I were adventurous and decided to try a wild boar burger and a venison burger. Both were awesome! Meal comes... More

Restaurant with cachet. Original burgers made with lots of local products. Don't expect fast-food! If you are hungry, you should have the beef, or pork. There are game burgers too. I had deer...such a little piece of meet in a large bun is a sin. I don't enjoy fries with the skin (too bad for me, right!). Home made mayo... More

My boyfriend and I were ravenously hungry when we go to Chez Victor and luckily, it really hit the spot, in a way that only an incredibly juicy burger and a sizeable pile of crispy fries can. I got le montagnard and he had le sanglier. Personally, I found mine to be better than his but then again, he liked... More

Just finished my first poutine here! It was great! The 2 servers were really nice. Although its more of a couples kind of restaurant (as it has a real romantic feel to it) I felt very comfotable eating there alone! Have to go back to try one of those amazing looking burgers. Highly recommended. Inexpensive and good food, what else... More

Food was good - tons of different burgers, BLT, poutine. The atmosphere and staff is what makes the place unique.

We ate dinner in this bustling cafe and enjoyed it very much. The burgers and fries were excellent and the wine was good. It is a good value for the money. It was a bit of a walk but worth it!

This place is really cozy, had a great time. Burger were tasty. Not the best I had in my life, but I´d definetely be back. In Montreal my favorite burger was Chic Shack. Chez Victor mayo was really really good. So were the fries.
