The service and atmosphere were lovely. The food was imaginative and made good use of local products. My fish was good, but not outstanding. My husbands zucchini ravioli appetizer was delicious and unique. Overall Panache was a good choice.

Very nice but could be better. The service was excellent. The food was nicely prepared but lacked pizzazz. The ambience of the restaurant made up for it.

The room is romantic and hushed. We enjoyed our dinner however there was just the two of us and without a bottle of wine are dinner was $294.00 with taxes and tip. That was expensive considering we had better meals elsewhere at half the price. The restaurant is right next to the Auberge St Antoine so if you are staying... More

We ate two dinners here and two breakfasts and they were fabulous. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. Some of the best service we've ever received. The menu is expansive and absolutely delicious. Don't hesitate...make a reservation.

Liked the service. Very attentive. Disliked the price. Super expensive…but worth it IF the food was good. The banquette on which we sat was full of stains (yech!!). The food arrived cold, and while not offensive, was just well Plain. Not worth the price. This restaurant is in serious need of a REFRESH. Both the seating and the food.

When they renovated the Auberge Saint-Antoine they took this old attached warehouse down to the stone walls, and then left them that way. Brilliant! When you walk in you know that you really are in Old Quebec, and not some theme-park version of what an Old Town should be. That said, this is not a rustic dining experience. Chef Louis... More

Celebrate our 20th anniversary at Panache. Had the very expensive tasting menu with wine pairings. While we're not overly wealthy, we spend money on amazing meals every once and awhile. That said, this had all the potential, and it was great, but a couple things could have been better. The pairings were hit or miss. Hard to pair a wine... More
