Nestled amid the stone walls of a riverside warehouse dating back to the 19th century, Panache's dining room offers exceptional intimacy and stunning views of the bustling river. On the menu: Chef Louis Pacquelin's cuisine. A cuisine that is revisiting classic dishes with a pioneering approach and a genuine love for local produce, both simple and sophisticated, which vary with the seasons and arrivals. Our produce is sourced primarily from our organic garden on Île d'Orléans and small local producers.

We only had a breakfast here while staying in the hotel. There was plenty of choice on the menu, if not a bit pricey. We choose the continental breakfast offering meat, cheese, fruit, cereal, bread and pastries. However, there didn't seem to be a lot of each item so we felt like we couldn't take more than one of each... More

We tried seven different highly-rated restaurants (TA, Yelp, Google) during our honeymoon in Quebec. Only this one gets less than an excellent rating from us. It fell well short of expectations. Dinner at Panache was included as part of a 'Romantic Night' package from the hotel Auberge St. Antoine. We looked forward to the evening in light of the many... More

We had a great table, the service was outstanding and the food was great. We never felt rushed but the staff was attentive without being too familiar. I'd give the place 5 stars except that some of the wine prices were far too high for what was served. I expect a significant mark up on wine in a restaurant and... More

We had great appetizers including foie gras. They were excellent! Our meals included sweetbreads, cod and tenderloin and we savored every bite!

We ate at Panache our first night in Quebec City, and it was our favorite restaurant of our visit. The food and service were both exquisite, and the ambiance was warm and very friendly. The vegetarian dishes were particularly outstanding, but the food was overall excellent. Would definitely return there as a first choice.

We stayed in the Auberge St-Antoine and were thrilled Panache was there. We ate breakfasts there as well as 2 dinners during our 4 day stay. We certainly had other options, but the food and the charm of the restaurant couldn't be matched!

For one week, I tried 2 restaurants each day in Quebec City, including most listed as top picks in every guide book I could find. This was the best one in my opinion. This was the one restaurant in Quebec City that I felt was truly on par with some of the best restaurants in France. If you've never eaten... More

I will admit that my wife and I NEVER dine at restaurants like Panache. This was the last night of our honeymoon so we decided to splurge since we were also staying at Auburge Saint Antione. Please keep this in mind while reading my review! The restaurant was gorgeous. Full of corky style and class. My wife is in awe... More
