This young talented chef is on the way to become one of the best chefs in the world. Right now he is amoung the top 10 chefs of Quebec. The ambiance is perfect and service excellent. For a romantic dinner or for a family, friends event it is the place to celebrate.

Liked the service. Very attentive. Disliked the price. Super expensive…but worth it IF the food was good. The banquette on which we sat was full of stains (yech!!). The food arrived cold, and while not offensive, was just well Plain. Not worth the price. This restaurant is in serious need of a REFRESH. Both the seating and the food.

When they renovated the Auberge Saint-Antoine they took this old attached warehouse down to the stone walls, and then left them that way. Brilliant! When you walk in you know that you really are in Old Quebec, and not some theme-park version of what an Old Town should be. That said, this is not a rustic dining experience. Chef Louis... More

Celebrate our 20th anniversary at Panache. Had the very expensive tasting menu with wine pairings. While we're not overly wealthy, we spend money on amazing meals every once and awhile. That said, this had all the potential, and it was great, but a couple things could have been better. The pairings were hit or miss. Hard to pair a wine... More

We stayed at Auberge St. Antoine and had breakfast and dinner there. My new favorite breakfast (formerly it was Eggs Sardou at Commanders Palace in New Orleans) is now Panache perfect poached egg over exquisite toast points, sauteed spinach, wild mushrooms, and shredded duck with hollandaise sauce. Our special dinner there was the perfect combination of ambiance, perfect service, and... More

We stayed in the St Antoine hotel and knew we wanted to try Panache once. We had lunch there. There is a reasonable price-fix menu for lunch and it was outstanding. Luxurious but comfortable. The staff were great. One of our best meals in Quebec.

Panache is lovely, tucked away in an old warehouse off a side street in old Quebec. Yes, it's expensive, but the food is excellent, as is the service. Following dinner, we were escorted to a private room to enjoy after dinner drinks. On reviewing the bill, after we had paid, we noticed a discrepancy. No problem! The error was adjusted... More

We dined the first night at Panache in our hotel, Auberge Saint Antoine, and it was the best dinner we had in Quebec City! The restaurant is in the very old, but renovated warehouse facing the river. The chef, young and well trained under Alain Ducasse, created delicious & beautiful courses. Though the most expesive of our meals, it was... More
