Nestled amid the stone walls of a riverside warehouse dating back to the 19th century, Panache's dining room offers exceptional intimacy and stunning views of the bustling river. On the menu: Chef Louis Pacquelin's cuisine. A cuisine that is revisiting classic dishes with a pioneering approach and a genuine love for local produce, both simple and sophisticated, which vary with the seasons and arrivals. Our produce is sourced primarily from our organic garden on Île d'Orléans and small local producers.

High end restaurant in nice hotel. Very elegant dining with corresponding prices. Portions small as is typical of these places. I am not a gourmet so can not really comment on the fine points of the food but I dont believe anyone would be disappointed. All in all we enjoyed our meal and the welcoming staff.

Panache was very tasty and romantic! The atmosphere was that of a rustic cabin and the warming fireplace in the center was welcomed on this cold evening. The service was impeccable and our waiter's suggested wine pairings went perfectly with our meal. My wife and I opted to do the à la carte route which we enjoyed. We were there... More

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, and ate breakfast each morning and had one dinner in Panache. What a magical place. Country farmhouse atmosphere without any kitsch. Great sunlight in the daytime, dramatic and beautifully lit at night. Food is local, creative yet classically prepared, service attentive and friendly. This place has its act together and should not... More

Inside reminds us of a ski lodge. Rustic wood beams, stone wall, wrought iron staircase. High ceilings. Windows overlook St. Lawrence River. Two story, open restaurant. White table cloths. Excellent, attentive service. Fresh ingredients. Fresh squeezed juices. We've tried the eggs Benedict, crepes and the balanced breakfast. All excellent. Sausage and bacon yummy too.

We had such a marvelous meal at Panache. The food was so nicely prepared and the wine list spectacular. The ambiance was warm and inviting. The service was impeccable - our waiter, Bassem, was outstanding. So pleasant and interesting to converse with during the meal service. He provided excellent recommendations. It was such a memorable meal in Old Quebec City.

From the moment you walk into Panache you know you are in for a treat. The building an old warehouse is stunning. Rustic. Beams. Exposed bricks. Fire pit. Staff very accommodating and polished. Food was creative and well received by everyone in our party. A top notch establishment.
