My husband and I splurged on this restaurant for our 30th anniversary dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was excellent and every bite of our food was fabulous.

We were at Panache for Sunday brunch. Chef is very talented and did a lot with minimal ingredients. Service was a bit austere but the atmosphere was rustic and wonderful

Absolutely 5 stars for ambience!! Beautiful wood timbered room that has a warm and cozy atmosphere. The wait staff were friendly & efficient without being overbearing. Throughout the meal you're served a couple of muse bouche, which is a nice touch to the meal. We were a party of 4 and shared the 1/2 cooked foie gras, leek ravioli and... More

First off, the restaurant is beautiful. Warm, cozy and elegant. I loved being in the space. And judging from other reviews I had pretty high expectations for the food. But overall, I found the food very good but it didn't blow me away. Had a delicious turnip app which was the highlight of the meal. For my main I had... More

Very good service, ambiance and food -- but not wowed except when the bill came. Overall, solid. Wish we went to Initiale or Laurie Raphael instead.

excellent food and service. Interesting variety in the menu with some unique presentations. Chose option to eat outdoors on heated terrace with view of the port.

Not a word I use lightly or regularly. My wife and I were up there for our 20th anniversary. Had perhaps the best meal of our life. Delightful space (old glass factory from the 1700s). Not crowded, good service, and the food was five diamonds. Lobster ravioli, delicious and light mesculin salad with truffle vinaigrette, beef in mushroom sauce with... More

We had breakfast at Panache twice and also dinner there on our final night in Quebec. The food was excellent and the service was at the same level. My wife compared Panache favorably to a 3 star Paris restaurant and I would have to agree.

Had dinner last week. Very sophisticated menu highlights local ingredients. Great wine list. Knowledge staff. Most unusual turnip appetizer - do try. Expensive but well worth it. A "foodie" must!

The service and atmosphere were lovely. The food was imaginative and made good use of local products. My fish was good, but not outstanding. My husbands zucchini ravioli appetizer was delicious and unique. Overall Panache was a good choice.
