Treated ourselves to dinner here after some research and word of mouth recommendations. We had the 5 course tasting menu and they were happy to accommodate my wife as a vegetarian by swapping some of the courses up for her. Service was incredible and they could not do enough to ensure we enjoyed our experience. Food wise first course soups... More

Probably one of the finest restaurants we have ever visited. The art work on the walls were beautiful as well as the rest of the decor. The service was outstanding, and the food from start to finish had exceptional flavor. The only minor negative, was a very expensive wine list with very high markups on wines we are familiar with... Yes, you even get offered fois gras on a seal burger here in deepest Belle P. But at this quaint, romantic spot tucked away on a cobbled side street, the foie gras for two tasting platter really does it up - more than a handful of versions including one with hazelnuts. Best with the Sauternes, as recommended. Decadence, truely. Cocktails... More

The main dining room is exquisite, but when we come in we were sited in front room that looks like $20 café. Not sure why they did it as main room was 50% empty but when we asked to be moved they immediately satisfy our request. Service was excellent thru the dinner and food (we took $115 pp testing menu)... More

First off I would like to mention the only reason I won't give 5 stars to Le Saint-Amour is because of the 620$ bill I got for 2. I have never been surprised by such a sum even in Michelin starred establishments throughout Europe. Though, you can still indeed expect to be welcomed, served and treated the very best. So,... More

It is a top nothch place. Everything is perfect. From food (i had crab ravioli and sweetbreads with shrimp). Service is excellent. Atmosphere very cosy. Wine also delicious. My only remark is that they served the same accompainment with both main course and entree (asparagus). Very expensive.

I dined here alone earlier this month, and I enjoyed myself so much. The food was truly a amazing. Not to mention the amazing wine list. So many to choose from. And with expert advice from the sommelier, every course was paired perfectly. Well worth it! I look forward to returning there with someone special!

This restaurant was located on the street behind our hotel so it as easy to find. From the street you would think it to be an intimate place but once inside we were taken to a grand garden room covered by a 35 foot glass ceiling. Plants line the borders of the room and hang from the ceiling and walls... More

This restaurant is expensive, really expensive. $50.00 entree's. Ok, that being said, the chef is the foie gras master. This is our second visit to this restaurant, once 2 years ago, and we have never forgotten our meal. It was our first reservation upon arrival in Quebec City. The Chef serves foie gras 5 ways in one dish. AMAZING. He... More
