Food is great. But the server tried to charge us a bottle at 135 instead of 90$. Same house, but one was the reserve, the other one was not. Guess wich one they tried to make us pay...

Le Saint-Amour is one of the more "high end" restaurant choices in Quebec City in terms of price and atmosphere. As first time travelers to Quebec City, it was our common interest to seek out gourmet local flavor. Although we did find that gourmet food can be found elsewhere for a lower price, Le Saint-Amour's 7 course "Discovery Menu" for... More

We ate here on New Years Day and had the 4 course prix fixe menu at $100 CAD. The appetizer was a variety of raw seafood that was good, not great. The foie gras was delicious as was the artic char and artichoke soup. The halibut entrees were underwelming - not much flavor and crunchy risotto. The service was impeccable... More

We came for dinner with a last-minute reservation on Christmas night. The service was great, with a friendly waiter who was happy to speak with us in English (we don't speak a word of French, sadly). The menu was a four-course situation for $100CAN and it was worth every penny and more. The appetizer was a variety of small seafoods,... More

My wife and I and our 3 boys loved this restaurant. It's expensive so be prepared. We pigged out for $800. It was worth it! We had a wonderful cab franc from niagra area for $135 incl in the total. The waiter helped us pick it out and did a great job. Dishes we had were Arctic char, butternut squash... More

We both loved our meal. We ordered two different meals and they were both cooked to perfection. The deer steak was one of the best meal I ever had. It was tender and tasty. The staff did a good job. They would however benefit from an updated decor. Reserve a table in the atrium if there are still some places... More

We really enjoyed dining there. We did not feel rushed and the staff were very good. The wine list is crazy big. The food was excellent. It was an expensive diner, but a memorable one.

I booked this restaurant based on the amazing reviews and it being described as a foodie destination. Even though I thought the décor looked tacky, I booked us for dinner. The service was very nice and I actually liked the ambiance by night though it clearly hasn't been updated since it opened. The restaurant was quite full, so seems to... More

From the decor to the service (Jerôme was phenom!) to the food, you get the whole package that a restaurant can offer. They have great menu choices, very original and inventive, as well as chosen prix fixe menus. I would even go as far to say this restaurant and chef deserve at least one Michelin star. Make sure to try... More

This was without doubt one of the best meals I've had in my life. The chef is a genius. You will do well here. It's that simple. Try to arrive hungry.
