Just dined there last week with my husband. Wonderful service and very lovely little restaurant, just across from the Grand Théâtre. Hubby had seafood risotto that he loved. I started with calamari, which were nice but a tad rubbery - the tomato dipping sauce was lovely and fresh tasting. I had the smoked salmon tartare, which was nice but I...

Had a great time at Ciccio's. Hot bread with olive oil, pasta al'dente with seafood!!! Soooo Gooood!! Reasonably priced. Vast wine selection.
This restaurant was recommended by fellow tourists at our hotel. What a great place, cosy decor, tasty dishes and the best music I have ever heard in a restaurant. The proximity to old Quebec makes it just a short walk. You must try the veal! It melts in your mouth. The both waiters that served our table spoke excellent English.
I dont understand all those extatic review! The night we were there the service was fine but the garçon did not know the menu or the composition of the meal. The cut of the meat was poor and not tender. My friend had some cheese pasta that was not match a "good home made Kraft Diner" The wine is too...

The chef is sorry! We take pride in all the food we serve and try to keep our standards high, but sometimes local patrons raise the bar too high. We are sorry our pasta is not as good as Kraft Dinner. The chef has been working for 25 years to better our pasta but the competition from the famous box...

We ate here twice during our stay in Quebec, and both times had an excellent meal. The service was excellent, attentive without being overpowering. Food was really good, and prices reasonable. Lovely atmosphere, family run, friendly, and just the place on a cold autumn night!
We had a delicoius Italian meal here on a cold snowy night, the pasta was perfectly done & an interesrting sauce accompanied. The manicotti were delicious as well as was the creme brulee. We'll be back !
The hotel was a little out of the way, we needed to take a cab from Old Quebec. The service was phenomenal. My reason for the "ok" is that we had New Year's Eve dinner and the menu was restricted. The service was great but the kitchen was slow is getting meals out.
We are very sorry your experience was not satisfactory but would like to add a few facts for Tripadvisor members and our local patrons. New years eve is a very special night for us and our staff. The chef and his brigade prepare a gastronomical 6 course menu, the dining area prepared to bring in the new year with balloons, streamers...

We chose Ciccio from Trip Advisor, looking for a not too expensive but nice place to eat close to our hotel. It was a very pleasant experience with a friendly host and some beautifully made and presented Italian food and not too expensive. I would strongly recommend Ciccio's to anyone.
Really good restaurant. The food and the service is really good. It's better to book a table in advance because the place is not so big. A bit far from downtown but worthed!
