My first time to Quebec City, and was not aware food was so much here! Wow! Stopped in for lunch and ended up spending as much as a nice dinner... That said, the food was awesome! Worth every penny! Good size portions, too! The service was outstanding! We would definitely eat here again!

Located in the Old part of Quebec. I was off a cruise ship and seen it on trip advisor. The wait staff was very good and quick. We had soup and sandwich. It was fresh and very flavorful. They were very busy but we got seated right away. Language was not an issue. They have several choices. It has a... More

We ate here twice, we liked it so much. We went here on a recommendation from a tourist info staff person in Becancour, hours away. Wait staff was friendly and provided attentive service. Pork sandwiches were delicious, as was the chocolate carmel pie. Atmosphere is casual. There are two sections, we ate on the "express" side. I believe the menu... More

We ordered 3 salads and a meat pie. It took nearly one hour until the food was served. The greek salad was not fresh. It looked and tasted like it has waited the complete day in the fridge. There was no bread served. The other salads were ok, but not convincing, as the pie. The prices are to high for... More

We just walked around and saw Cochon Dingue right in front. With pretty positive comments on TripAdvisor, we decided to give it a try... BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, Lobster n Shrimp Salad, Homemade Maple Ribs... all tasted great, plus friendly service ^_^

Based on reviews we'd read we decided to try a light dinner at "The Crazy Pig," and we were glad we did. The interior of the restaurant is -- well, not your usual restaurant. Our server was most helpful and very gracious even when we didn't order the "usual" 2 or 3 courses. We had several glasses of wine and... More

The first thing that passengers – and crew – look for when they step off a cruise ship is a good café with free wi-fi to pick up emails. This is not as easy as it sounds. Ports are full of bad cafés with no wi-fi, and good cafés where the wi-fi isn’t working today. This you only discover when... More

We stopped by for brunch. They have great hot chocolate, good portions, an extensive menu and good service. We enjoyed the food and the location was great!

The Cochon Dingue on Rue Champlain was very disappointing especially after the reviews they received on TA and Urbanspoon. It's a chain restaurant with fine dining prices. The service was less personal than Dennys or IHOP. I asked if I could get the fish and chips with fish pan-fried - No it comes deep fried in batter so now I... More

When we go to Quebec city, a nice meal to Le Cochon d'Inde is always a treat. The staff is always attentive and eager to help us and the menu is original bur a tad short. Mind you, the food is always good. The pork burger is extremely good. The only problem I have is there's always a long wait... More
