Just what I was looking for!

Knowing that we were going to spend the day walking to see the sites in Quebec City, we wanted to start out with a good breakfast to carry us through till the afternoon. Coffee and croissants just wasn't going top do it, regardless how traditional that might be for Quebec. We found exactly what we... read more

Osso bucco was amazing. So was shrimp pastry appetizer. Wine spectacular and service very very good. The maple cheesecake was so fluffy and light I think all twenty of us nearly licked the plate and we were all already full. What a treat. A bit of a trek downstairs to the bathroom for those who can't do stairs this would... More

The restaurant was decorated for the New Years and had a little space reserved for dancing. The vibe was fun! The fixed menu for New Years was expensive, but they let us order from the regular menu. I would've preferred my scallops more well-done, but the spring rolls and mango salad appetizer, the filet mignon with crispy onions and the... More

My wife and I went here for our anniversary. The food was excellent. However the service was less than desirable. It was very obvious that the older male waiter who could speak fluent English was not interested in serving English speaking customers. All of the other customers spoke French and were treated with much better service. Even though our bill... More

We happened in on a chilly night. We enjoyed a quick tour of the restaurant and excellent service. My husband had a delicious rack of lamb and I savored the duck.

Had the chance to go back to that excellent French cuisine restaurant with a taste of local. Young waitress was amazingly friendly. There was a promotion for a table d hote (3 services) for 2 and a bottle of wine for 95$ was a very good deal to that type of high classe restaurant. If you go during the period... More

We were lured in to the restauraunt by a host who was out on the street talking to people, and did not regret the decision one bit. We ordered off the table d'hote menu which wasn't a bad deal 30$ for soup, meal, dessert and coffee/tea per person. I had the zucchini soup which was delicious, duck with spaghetti squash... More

This is an excellent restaurant near Hotel Chateau Laurier. I was on my own and was made to feel totally comfortable. I had 2 courses plus wine and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were great.

liked the menu, steak was a little overdone, waiter was a character - very good service, salmon tartar as main course not recommended, excellent as an entrée.
