Amazing French food

My husband and I shared the crab cakes, snails and lobster dish along with a bottle of champagne and we were thoroughly satisfied with every bite! The snails were especially satisfying - we greedily soaked up all of the extra sauce with the bread on the table :) It was the perfect amount of food... read more

Had a very nice dinner in the inside restaurant (rather than outside street dining). Very nice intimate dining and very good food. Adequate size servings (not overwhelming), a la carte menu. Not inexpensive.

We stayed in a room at the Louis Hebert above the restaurant for 10 days. We upgraded to a room on the top floor and enjoyed the comfortable bed and the character room. It was very spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast is included in the room price and was consistently delicious with about seven different choices available. Coffee was plentiful,... More

we stopped for lunch on this beautiful patio. The food, mine, an omelet perfectly made, my husbands, lamb a bit tough but seasoned perfectly with a beautiful vegetable stew. We would try again. The service was excellent

Had a wonderful breakfast here, with friendly staff who seemed to know not to ask how everything was every five minutes! Great value too, when compared to a Starbucks alternative.

Louis-Hebert is one of many restaurants that line the Grande Allee, which makes for a very festive atmosphere during the summer, especially with outdoor seating. We made reservations but they didn't seem necessary since staff didn't look up our name or have a designated table for us. Plus, they were encouraging people off the sidewalk to come in. We chose... My wife and I stopped here on a whim. Seemed to be the cheapest prices and we loved the look of the patio. The restaurant is located right on the main strip. Such a great location. Like I mentioned before the patio is quite large and just decorated very nicely. The servers were very quick and extremely polite. I ordered... More

Located opposite Chateau Laurier Hotel amongst a slew of restaurants competing for tourist dollars. We were looking for a better restaurant that served lobster and this one did. Lobster and Lamb was very nice. Wait staff are very attentive and meal with soup and coffee was $40 each plus high Quebec taxes. (They charge for coffee refills to my surprise.... More

The restaurant has a nice terasse that can be heated during cold days. It reflexts a nice admosphere and invites to to stay for a while. We had an as much as possible Italian breakfast which is not always easy to find in Canada. But here it was really Ok. The service was very friendly and we enjoyed our breakfast.

This restaurant, situated in the middle of a lively strip near old Quebec, is excellent. There is outdoor and indoor tables and they have awnings to protect from the occasional evening shower and outdoor heaters. The food is great. I had the duck in maple-glaze, the escargot in puff pastry and the strawberry shortcake.... all so good. They have a... More
