I enjoy Quebec city for the finest restaurant in the country. I discovered that restaurant last night and it was for us, we were five, an other proof of what I wrote. A little warm place, staff very friendly, and the cuisine can make jaleous the best restaurant in France. Each year we go to Europe, and objectively, we are... More

Like other reviewers, my boyfriend and I found out of this place from Anthony Bourdain (featured on a Parts Unknown episode). We made a reservation through our hotel the night before for a 6 pm seating on a Sunday night (there are two seatings a night, the other time we were offered was 8:30 pm). We had the sweetbreads and... More

First, if you have to be seen and want to look like you are eating out in style, please don't go here. Its way too funky an atmosphere, almost like a collegetown eatery with a young staff running the show. The food is drop dead superb. We love this place.

This place is tiny. It feels like you're in someone's living room with only a few tables. We didn't have reservations so we arrived just after it opened at 6pm on a Sunday and were able to snag a table. The host/waiter was fantastic. He explained each item on the menu to us (in English) and everything sounded so good,... More

Saw this place on Anthony Bourdain and it is a good as promised. Reservations are a must due to the small size. Our appetizers were good and the service superb, but the star of the show was the boned rabbit back stuffed with sweetbreads and truffles over ouzo. It was simply divine. The apple icewine was a treat for dessert.

After watching Anthony Bourdain's Parts Unknown and hearing a rave review from a friend about "best meal of her life", we had to go. It's tiny, but perfectly laid out and cute with great art on the walls. We were seated at a table apart from the others, in the old fireplace alcove, so had a good view of the... More

Maybe we were expecting a bit too much... The food was good but nothing out of the ordinary. We are usually not bothered by this kind of decor (like they really have not spent a dollar on it!) but they have taken it a bit far. The place is small, very noisy and we came out of there with the... More
