beautiful setting

I was taken here by a business colleague. Nice hidden jem! Beautiful surrounding and a great chance to see some of the Quebec past and present political features/history. Had a wonderful salad and for mains, salmon tartar with avocado. A nice glass of white to compliment. Service was attentive and... read more

Have the entire place for ourself, its a suprise so few knows about it. The food was excellent, the portion was enough. Overall a very good dining experience. Highly recommend it.

we were in quebec city for the 1st time, only here for 2 days, had just finished exploring the citadelle, great tour guide, and now needed lunch. we were very impressed with the wonderful gardens around the parliament buildings, lovely. I then remembered from reading trip advisor that there was a restaurant open here to the public. took me awhile... More

Great lunch in a wonderful setting. We were just passing by and decided to try to get in with no reservations. Dining room was far from full on a Thursday afternoon. We did feel a little awkward as we were under dressed. Plan on business casual at the very least.

4 adults, semi-retired and retired enjoyed a delicious late breakfast here. By 9:15 the restaurant was empty, everyone off at work I assume and we dined in style in the gorgeous dining room. The food was delicious - 2 had stuffed crepes, 1 the healthy plate & 1 the eggs. All were great and the price was reasonable - $15.00... More

We purposely came to the Parliament Building as we heard a good lunch was to be had in an exquisite dining room without the expensive bill. WOW. Love the grandeur of the decorative columns, white linens, and blue and white chinaware with the gold fleur-de-lis. There were children's meals (pasta, chicken nuggets, etc.) at reasonable prices (~$7.00) and the table... More

Experience here was slightly disappointing. The service was ok but they forgot a few things and the food was ok. I found the meat dishes to be quite salty but overall, I think it's still worth it to try a meal here. Very reasonably priced and the setting is unique.

It was by chance that I found this restaurant. I guess I wasn't expecting to find a nice restaurant in the National Assembly of Quebec. But there it was and after I saw some pictures of the inside and of the food I had to check it out. Note: Because the restaurant is in the National Assembly you have to... More

We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent tour of the Parliament Building. It exceeded our expectations. The history of Canada through the French, British, and Canadian periods was amazing. Thanks for a great tour.

We had breakfast here - and it was pretty typically American: bacon, sausage, eggs and toast. But the setting is remarkable and made the meal delightful.
