I enjoyed the museum most!

Although we didn't eat any food here, we did purchase several items from the gift shop to take home. The prices were expensive, however, it is a niche market, so we were expecting that. We really enjoyed the little museum upstairs. This site is definitely worth spending a half hour there.

Full disclosure... I have a very strong addiction to real Canadian maple syrup. There, I said it... If you're like me, young or old, and love your sweep, sappy syrup, and would love to learn a little more about the making of it... the museum on the top floor is fascinating! Even for me, someone who knows more than a... More

One of my favorite things about Canada is all of the maple treats...it sounds utterly cliched and touristy, but I honestly cannot help myself. Canadian Maple Delights was truly fantastic and lived up to its name. My husband and I each had one scoop of maple syrup gelato (with chunks of maple sugar) and it was heavenly. We went a... More

I knew that a maple themed bakery/shop would be good, but I didn't expect to be blown away! It is a cute shop with a small maple museum upstairs. It was neat to look at how maple syrup is made and its history. The food was great. My husband and I had maple cappuccinos which were very good. I had... More

Great sweets from a wonderful maple syrup co-op. Maple everything. Cookies, candies, baking bits. I wanted to just eat my way through the store! Take home some maple syrup baking bits. They are wonderful in cookies and cornbread!

Wandering around in the cold winter of Quebec City, my wife and I stumbled upon this place. As we peaked inside it appeared to be a coffee shop of some sort, but upon entering we were surprised to find it's a bakery. A delicious bakery full of everything you shouldn't eat but can't help because now you are are inside... More

It was interesting to see all the different ways you can use maple syrup. Lots of great recipe ideas to use maple - seasonings, etc. I really loved the maple cream cookies. They were very fresh. They also have a bakery/candy counter with delicious treats to choose.

Lots of maple products. Tried the maple water and it was very good. Tastes better cold. Samples available.

Put this place on your to visit list in Quebec City. It has all things maw syrup from sap, to spouts, to coffee to tea to treats. Skip the sap bottle but do include a $2.00 thrill of tire- maple taffy on ice! Enjoyed the staff and friendly to tourists service!

The desserts, and iced treats were fantastic, only thing I didn't like was the staffs expectation of a tip... Really you scooped some ice cream into a cone, that does not equal a tip! Sorry
