Fantastic croissants, bread, coffee, etc. right in the heart of Old Quebec City. Open from early morning until late in the evening. Worth taking the time to visit for a treat.

We stopped in to warm up from a cold rainy day around lunch time. I wish we found this place sooner during our stay. We stayed for a couple hours and loved everything about it, from the open family style seating to some of the best pastries and treats of the trip. Their lunch was great, too. Had a ham... More

We got our coffee from here each day during a recent stay in Quebec, and only once I came home with hot chocolate instead. I only cried for a few minutes. We got croissants from here christmas eve for christmas morning and oh my goodness - they were actually the best croissants I have ever tasted. I loved that they... More

It offers soup and sandwiches for lunch besides the delicious pastries. Spacious and comfortable to sit and enjoy coffee.

I had breakfast there twice during our vacation to Quebec city. The first day, I got the breakfast combo of ham, frittata, cheese, and hollandaise sauce. It was delicious and fresh tasting. The bread was perfectly crispy. My daughter got the chocolate muffin and she was very happy with it. The coffee was nice and smooth too. Our 2nd breakfast... More

The place was nicely decorated for Christmas. We ate breakfast and lunch here. The place had big community tables in the middle surrounded by small tables. The food was delicious and the service was friendly.

This is a great place to have breakfast. Had delicious croissants and baguettes. The coffee I had was cappuccino. Decorated very nicely for Christmas. Restaurant very clean and spacious. Nice long gathering tables that seat about 24 customers. Will definitely go back.

We stopped for lunch and found that lots of 'locals' eat here as well. Soup was great and hot chocolate is great. Others with us had some of the pastries, which they though were fantastic. Staff are mostly French speaking, but also some speak English, so able to order with no problem, as I needed to ask questions about ingredients... More

It was a cold, windy day when we ducked inside this bakery in city center for a hot beverage and fresh baked breads. The restaurant is basically divided into three areas: dining, bread, and desserts. It is well lit, inviting, and a delight to the senses! The choices were overwhelming so we left with several bags in tow. The large,... More

Probably one of the best sandwich places - ever! We were at a teacher's conference at the Hilton, and walked down here everyday to grab a delicious soup/sandwich combo. The first day, I had a wonderful mushroom soup with a roast beef sandwich (caramelized onions, blue cheese - yummy!!!). The next time I grabbed their 'New Yorker' sandwich for my... More
