This restaurant was recommended by a staff member at our hotel and it did not disappoint. It was very busy when we arrived but our reservation was promptly acknowledged and we were seated at a lovely table in front of the fireplace. The seating is a little tight, but somehow it works and I never felt cramped or tripped on.We... More

After eating at Bello the night before (which was excellent) this restaurant was disappointing. Food was only fair and the cost was more.

Recommended by some of our foodie local friends, we taxed this restaurant with 12 people and the staff were pro's. The food was wonderful, open windows allowed us to feel part of the upper city I had possibly some of the best veal that I have every eaten with angel hair pasta and a light tomato sauce. The wine selection... More

We had lunch here, ordering from the menu midi. The food was really good but what stood out above everything was the service!! It was simply outstanding and definitely the best I've had in a restaurant in a while! I would thoroughly recommend, especially for lunch! The special lunch menu meant that we had a 3-course lunch for $25 including... More

Excellent food and service. Reservations recommended. Their French onion soup is a great starter. Everything the other diners were having looked delicious. My companion and I both had the filet Rossini which was cooked to perfection. The side of risotto with lobster and asparagus was wonderful. For dessert I had chocolate mousse covered with a thin layer of dark chocolate... More

On our last night in Old Quebec City, we thought we would try this restaurant which was close to our hotel. We saw that there was a nice table near the window and asked for that table, but we were declined, being told that it was reserved. Interestingly enough, there was no reserve sign on the table, as there were... More

Very pleasant ambience and really good food. We could not get a table so we ate at the bar. Everything we had was great: calamari, spaghetti carbonara, Caesar salad and a veal dish. We will return.

Conti Caffe is one of my favorite Quebec city restaurant. The food is just above and beyond excellent for the money, with a great touch of originality. My favorite dish there is the filet mignon with the lobster risotto, it's just so delicious... The service is perhaps not particularly top tier but respectful, friendly enough and comforting. The only down... More
