Fantastico but not cheap

Fast...not cheap, but very tasty. So many creative combinations and cool ingredients. I thought almost 17 Canadian for a tiny pizza was a bit steep. When I picked it up, I started laughing at how small it was. Close to our hotel, so easy to order for take out. The place is always busy no... read more

We decided to walk the mile and a quarter from our hotel and it was worth it. Pizza was fantastic. We wanted to split a pizza and a salad and they split it for us before bringing it out. Hot night, smiles from the wait staff. I'd go back again without question. Only thought: tables are tightly packed but it's... More

We ordered pizza for delivery - had the portobello with feta and parsley as well as one with bell peppers. There were a ton of options, which is nice - takes the guess work out of ordering pizza. Overall, it was good, but probably would have been much better had we eaten at the restaurant.

Great pizza place with tons of choices, quick service, and friendly waiters. Really good value too. We enjoyed the proscuitto pizza and even the four cheese pizzas. A little goopy in the middle but a great alternative in the heart of the city. Always crowded.

The two of us ordered a salad and pizza to share, and the server split it for us - nicely served. Salad was very fresh and better than most. Pizza was freshly made, hot, and not greasy - very tempting. Sangria was a nice treat. Very pleasant staff. Not cheap, but well worth the price.

We chose this restaurant based on trip adviser reviews and were not disappointed. We arrived at 8 pm without reservations on a busy night where a movie was being filmed directly across the street. Even though the place looked packed, we were seated immediately with a great view of the movie set. The pizza selections were out of this world.... More

Not a bad place kind of cool. Crowded when we were there. Salad was good. Pizza was pretty good. Not great. Thin crust must be baked well. Crunchy not chewy. Not mad that we went there, but there are better places around there. Lots of good restaurants there

Pizza and service very good! Long day of sightseeing with rain, we were looking for casual dinner...Pizza! Outside was empty so we started inside. It was a little loud so we moved outside. We picked a corner seats and was greeted by the wait staff in French. Our waiter quickly switched to English and had wonderful service! They have 3... More

We found this place by just walking by and looking at the menu. It was a work day during lunch so it was packed. As usual, we ate right by the open area that looked out on a very old church, fountain and park. 70 varieties of pizza and the portions were so generous I could not eat it all.... More

We were told by friends and family (locals included) not to miss this Pizzeria. It was very close to our hotel and seemed like a great choice. While the food was delicious, the service was abysmal. The restaurant was really crowded. (to the point of elbows bumping the table beside us) The outdoor tables were closed due to rain. We... More

Staying in Centre-Ville (Downtown)

Neighborhood Profile
Centre-Ville (Downtown)
Montreal's towering skyline is concentrated in the Downtown area, its nexus of commerce and commercialism. A suffusion of luxury hotels, flagship stores, high-end restaurants, and corporate headquarters characterize the neighborhood, which by nightfall transforms from a business district into a youth-culture hotspot, with hip bars, clubs, and restaurants heavily peopled by students and young professionals. The once-seat of millionaire's 'Golden Square Mile', an incongruity of stately mansions and dapper brownstones sit between glass skyscrapers, creating a visually lush urban landscape. Beneath the sidewalks lay the Underground City, the world's largest below-ground mall, a labyrinth of over 1,500 shops and eateries that echo the profusion of cafes, gallerias, cinemas, and fashion outlets above. From the scholarly array at McGill University to the carousing crowds of Rue Crescent, visit Downtown to shop by day for what you'll wear there by night.
