Of course not like a real thai restaurant, but its ok... and the portions are super big, with one can eat easily two persons, i enjoyed a lot the pad thai and... read more

If you must have Thai, and want fast food, this is your ONLY option. - Overcooked rice - Overflowing sauces - Peanut size beef & chicken - Everything seems to overstuff with cheap flour/bread mix - Everything seems to overstuff with cheap vegetable Honestly the foods here are terrible, even in fast food standards, They are worst than Mcdonalds/BK/Wendy. if you're looking for a good asian fast food then i can guarantee you this is one of the best in mtl ( from this city ) I suggest you the pad thai or general thai. Again it depends on your taste and if your comfortable with a fast food.

Me and my boyfriend decided to order from here as we both felt for something asian. After giving the order, we were told it would take a long time before the food would be delivered. I said it was ok. After some time however I changed my mind, as we were really starving and didnt feel both like waiting too... More

I ate at this restaurant and had the beef fried rice. I thought it was pretty good and different from thai food I have had in the past. I have had better before though. I thought it was a little pricey.

Hello everyone. My name is Gerry and I love food. One thing I enjoy eating is the same dish at different locations. In particular I enjoy Padsew and I must say I've had that and other dishes at Place Versailles and they've been horrible both times. They lack in flavor and in quality. The best one I've had so far... More

We went during the Jazz festival. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had long conversations both times we went. The food is good and there are vegetarian options which was important for us.

This Thai Express is at the Kirkland Movie Complex off Chemin Sainte-Marie, near Montreal. We went there after a movie expecting something pretty good, but the food was actually terrible. I thought that franchises were supposed to be the same from place to place? I have been to good ones but this one has really put me off! The minute... More

Staying in Le Plateau Mont-Royal

Neighborhood Profile
Le Plateau Mont-Royal
Go native in Plateau Mont-Royal, where bespoke shopping, hip eateries, and wacky paint jobs attract locals and transplants alike, making it one of the city's most diverse and distinctly authentic experiences. A creative hub, Montreal's artistic elite pack the cafes along Rue Saint-Denis, where young painters and fashion designers draw inspiration from the playful murals and stately Victorian homes that dot the Plateau's side streets. Not a major sightseeing destination, a visit to Plateau Mont-Royal allows you to enjoy a local perspective, soaking in indie films, latte art, contemporary galleries, and the city's best bagels. A center of polyglot culture, Québécois accents mingle with shades of Portuguese, Greek, and Hebrew in the area's iconic Mile End district, where restaurants straddle chic designer boutiques, serving up chorizo and caldo verde. Friendliest to those on foot, it's a jungle of colorful awnings and sidewalk umbrellas, pedestrian walks and luxury shopping.
