An off the beaten path chicken restaurant. Amazing rotisserie chicken with your choice of an over abundance of fries or salad. Great prices, super friendly staff. A must in Montreal.

I love this place! For a great price you get a lot! The only thing I would have to criticize is the wait, but then again everyone knows how good it is which explains the long lineups...I wish it was a hidden gem that only I knew about and wouldn't have to wait so long for my chicken!! Lol That... More

this is one of those dives you go to when your looking for good food at good prices. Theres only 3 or 4 tables in the place, its a half portugese bakery, half chicken place. the line is out the door but totally wort it. the chicken is fantastic and the portions are huge, the decor is nothing to write... ...and that's no exaggeration. This grilled chicken (we chose the spicy sauce) is phenomenal. Crisp and crusty on the outside, succulent on the inside. Grilled and seasoned to perfection in the traditional Portuguese style. It is outstanding. The fries are also excellent, and they serve them in HUGE quantities. Don't overdo it--you'll want to grab some of their mouthwatering baked... More

Good price with better than average food. Food in huge quantities. Tasty chicken, fries are too greasy.

Cheaper and delicious. Good chicken, fries, and salad. Be sure to grab one of their Portuguese sodas. This place kicks the crap out of St Hubert!

Oh ! Wow I love the food they do. The chicken is sooooo delicious and the portions generous. Really good price. And they just renovate the place so it's really efficient and clean. Take out food as its best !!

If you are looking for a cheap, quick take out dinner this is the place to go. Moist Portuguese style rotisserie chicken in a great sauce, served with a very generous side of fries and some salad. Line ups can be long at peak meal times, but that's a good sign right? Grab a half dozen custard tarts for dessert... More

Okay, let's get all of this out at first cut. It's good Portuguese chicken. It's cheap. It has the ambiance of a rusted car, but it's good. The sauce, which is probably the secret of most Portuguese chicken is really good -- the chicken is in a bag, falling off the bone cooked, a little on the drier side (I... More

Good coffee, excellent Portuguese baked items (breads, classic sweet buns as well as deserts) in the morning, and then at noon, the line forms for some of the best charbroiled chicken you will find anywhere. The line out the door should not deter you... it moves fast and the payoff is inexpensive, fresh food. A huge plate of chicken, fries... More
