Good quality food in Montreal

The price was pretty good for the selection of food offered. Hot dishes with all meat selections, salads, to buffet (chinese, and north american food) plus sushi. A little weak on the deserts offered, but who ever gets to those! The only negative comment is that the foods are not labelled.

tried it at least a dozen times, they have sushi, salads (of all kinds), Italian, Coquilles St.-Jacques (a mix of mashed potatoes and shrimp, google it), and the desserts are not bad either... the place is busy at peak times... but for the price, it's definitely worth a try...

Came here with for a friends 30th birthday. We all really enjoyed the food and service. We ordered pitchers of sangria for our group of 20 and they were one of the best I've had. Restaurant is open for supper everyday and offer lunch on Fridays and brunch on the weekend as well. I will be trying the brunch one... More

I had read the negative reviews on this establishment, but some stated it was worth it, so I decided to give this place a try. To my disappointment, my mother's 85th birthday might as well have been celebrated at a fast food restaurant. I can't say anything was satisfactory apart from the bread and butter. The calamari were extra dry,... More

I went to this restaurant with my family and had a most enjoyable time. The food is excellent with plenty of choice even for the fussiest of eaters. The staff were charming, very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely go back.

If you like buffet restaurants, this should be on your list. The food choices are endless (meat, fish, lots of veggies, pasta, pizza, sushi, wide choice of desserts), even vegetarians will be satisfied. Be aware that this is a bit more pricey place, though the variety you get is definitely worth the extra buck. What may be a bit annoying... More

If you prefer buffet resturant ! Casa Corfu is your best choice . Despite the name is Greec name, the food is international . Very wide selection of meet, fish , pasta, pizza and veg. Ok; keep these numbers in mind - 14, 16, 19, 22. I really enjoyed my lunch here today. We were a party of four; two adults, a boy of 10 and another of seven years old. My 10 year old is a picky eater. My seven year old eats anything. The decor was nice, a little loud and crowded, but... More

Staying in Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie

Neighborhood Profile
Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie
Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie has one of Canada's most prominent Italian communities, with Little Italy concentrated along the convivial bends of Saint-Lawrence Boulevard. Known for its fantastic bars and authentic Italian fare, the domain includes the Jean-Talon Market, the largest public market in North America. Open year-round, sunny months see fruit and vegetable stalls set up outside the main chalet, while blustery weather draws crowds indoors to meat and cheese sellers, spices and truffles stalls, and for regional delicacies such as rare Charlevoix lamb. While the market dictates what's fresh for local restaurateurs, visitors can please more than their palates, taking in the Renaissance architecture and frescos of Madonna della Difesa, the picturesque Rue Saint-Rominique with its cheerful homes and splendid gardens, or the ornamented thoroughfare of Plaza Saint-Hubert.
