Pricy but worth it

The food is delicious, but a bit pricey for tapas. Still, no regrets: the Mac & Cheese with Lobster is amazing!

The food was excellent, well prepared and so tasty. The deceiving thing was the server, oh my not really a place for him. It would have been a far more better experience. He asked if we had tapas which we did before in Barcelone, but he didn't care about our answer and most of the others, it was annoying. We... More

Snobby waiters, when you spoke to French from france waiter he talked down to you and the owners with no ability to listen to what you need, prices are outrageous for ridiculously small portions! No one wanted to own up to the fact that the food was too sweet neither the waiter nor the owner! Everything was doused in either... More

The options vary. It can be quite pricey but the plates and presentation were beautiful. The waiter took the time to explain the meals extensively. Clean place, small. Cute swinging chairs. We went for my boyfriend's bday. They brought a small dessert free of charge. Awesome palce for vegans, they can accommodate you. Must try!

For my wife's 40th, I decided that Tapas was the food of choice. We searched all of ver the city to find a place that offered a good variety, had good reviews and and ambiance to match. After my search I came across Confusion - Tapas du Monde.. and I don't regret it!! She was surprised. The food was excellent.... More

The place is cute, cosy and situated in a lively street, animated at night. The waiter was funny, friendly and very energetic. We had a great time. The mac n' cheese lobster was amazing, and the rest of the tapas as well. Of course, it's not the cheapest restaurant but it's worth the price. Oh I forgot about the desert... More

We went on a week night and arrived early and had great service. But, the place fills up fast if there is a show at the theater in front of the restaurant. Reservations would be recommended since the restaurant is small. Interesting menu hence the name "Confusion", many different types of food often serviced on wood planks and portions are... More

While nothing was notably bad about our experience here, we definitely felt a bit shafted due to the fact that we didn't have a reservation on a Saturday night and got a bit of attitude for it. Food was decent, but a little pricey for the tapas portions and the quality, in my opinion. Also, couscous salad wasn't couscous, but... More

I went with a couple of friends to the Confusion Tapas du Monde, and it was simply delicious and different. Great restaurant to go with a big group. It's a place where you can enjoy a variety of appetizers and meals. As some portions are big enough for two or three, you can share them with your friends. Everyone should... More

Staying in Quartier des Spectacles

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier des Spectacles
The bar-none entertainment district for music and arts, Quartier des Spectacles is an interactive playground that delights the senses. It totals over 30 performance halls, with the vibrant Place des Festivals at its heart. The outdoor event space features glowing towers, glass edifices, and granite-lined bike paths, and hosts annual festivals, concerts, and comedy nights. The cinema, theaters, and exhibition centers are entwined with external art projects, exemplified at Montreal's Contemporary Art Museum and appearing along every walkway of the Promenade des Artistes in the form of sculpture and public works, from digitally-enhanced swingsets to glowing fountains. Design, performance, and alternative music come together here, a stone's throw from the lively Latin Quarter along Rue Saint-Denis, the quintessential after-party spot for dinner and a drink following a day of jazz, poetry and play.
