I had the duck confit poutine with truffled gravy and it was one of the best I have had. When it first... read more

We have decided to go this place with my colleagues after the whole work week. I have decided to try their beers. As for the selection, I've tried three of them - Blonde, Amber and Brown, resulting in liking only Brown in the end - so I definitely recommend this one. As for the food choice, we decided to take... Came here on my second visit to Montreal in as many months and because I had been so impressed with their pulled pork poutine and their red wine. I repeated my order and it was just as fantastic as before. Very pleased I came here again.

Great friendly service, great food and nice assortments of beers, they will serve shots of their specialty beers for your tasting, food is always great and the ambiance is fun. if you are looking for a quiet place, this is not for you but if you are looking for a place to enjoy good company, this is definitively it.

Staying in Centre-Ville (Downtown)

Neighborhood Profile
Centre-Ville (Downtown)
Montreal's towering skyline is concentrated in the Downtown area, its nexus of commerce and commercialism. A suffusion of luxury hotels, flagship stores, high-end restaurants, and corporate headquarters characterize the neighborhood, which by nightfall transforms from a business district into a youth-culture hotspot, with hip bars, clubs, and restaurants heavily peopled by students and young professionals. The once-seat of millionaire's 'Golden Square Mile', an incongruity of stately mansions and dapper brownstones sit between glass skyscrapers, creating a visually lush urban landscape. Beneath the sidewalks lay the Underground City, the world's largest below-ground mall, a labyrinth of over 1,500 shops and eateries that echo the profusion of cafes, gallerias, cinemas, and fashion outlets above. From the scholarly array at McGill University to the carousing crowds of Rue Crescent, visit Downtown to shop by day for what you'll wear there by night.
