Love this place

If you like chocolate so this place. We ordered the Dark chocolate Crepe with strawberry and it was so tasty. The quality of the dark chocolate is really good. They have different type of hot chocolate and they are amazing. I would highly recommend to try it once.

Such a delicious treat. Juliette et Chocolat has a menu full of desserts and chocolate beverages. I wish we could have tried the entire menu. It all sounded so good. We split a strawberry, banana and brownie sundae as well as a caramel and pecan sundae. Just a heads up, the restaurant is in a bit of a trashy area... More

Grab your insulin pump and go stand in line on a Friday night because it's worth it to have your sweet tooth suffer a sugar crash about 30 minutes into your visit. Though I personally feel that Juliette's 'pots' are far too small, the Fleur de Sel Medley (brownie, ice cream and fleur de sel caramel sauce) is forever a... More

Enjoyed a crepe with the standard banana and chocolate, hot chocolate AND brownie. Great place to satisfy your sweet tooth. I don't think it's a place that can't be missed though. There are many amazing places for dessert in Montreal.

If you are a chocolate lovers, this is the right stop. It features dozens of different chocolates, from many locations around the globe. It has very good sweets, but I wouldn´t recomend savoury dishes.

Great environment. Had berry crêpe with white chocolate and condensed milk and a hazelnut cake. Both excellent. Wait staff was friendly.

I was so excited to go here, but I'm afraid I got my hopes up too high. Maybe I didn't order correctly, but it did not seem like a place I would take my children back to. And I don't think I know enough to really get the most out of the chocolate tasting experience (though I thought I was... More

Went to the St. Laurent, Montreal location of J et C for brunch on a Saturday afternoon with two friends. It took us some time to wade through the extensive menu before we settled on the Table d'Hote offering Buckwheat Crepes with a salad. I ordered the 'raclette cheese, mushrooms and thyme' crepe, with a request for ham to be... More

There are 4 of this restaurant located in Montral. We visited 3 of them. VERY yummy desserts and coffee's. I had a chocolate fondue and you can choose your chocolate from milk to dark. Great stop for a late evening dessert but they close at 10pm for restaurant service. You can still order from the take away side.

I went to Juliette et Chocolat on our last trip to Montréal in May. We actually found the place here on Trip Advisor in the past. That night, it was a very busy night at J et C, so we had to wait a bit before getting a table. It isn't an issue. It's quite the normal thing if you... More

Staying in Le Plateau Mont-Royal

Neighborhood Profile
Le Plateau Mont-Royal
Go native in Plateau Mont-Royal, where bespoke shopping, hip eateries, and wacky paint jobs attract locals and transplants alike, making it one of the city's most diverse and distinctly authentic experiences. A creative hub, Montreal's artistic elite pack the cafes along Rue Saint-Denis, where young painters and fashion designers draw inspiration from the playful murals and stately Victorian homes that dot the Plateau's side streets. Not a major sightseeing destination, a visit to Plateau Mont-Royal allows you to enjoy a local perspective, soaking in indie films, latte art, contemporary galleries, and the city's best bagels. A center of polyglot culture, Québécois accents mingle with shades of Portuguese, Greek, and Hebrew in the area's iconic Mile End district, where restaurants straddle chic designer boutiques, serving up chorizo and caldo verde. Friendliest to those on foot, it's a jungle of colorful awnings and sidewalk umbrellas, pedestrian walks and luxury shopping.
