Get an ice cream sandwich!

Yum. I don't even like ice cream sandwiches usually but this one was delicious. Maybe a bit expensive for what it is though

We did a take out - the best desserts. Picked up a raspberry cheesecake. Very light but delicious. The cheesecake was sweet and the raspberries tart, what a combo. Their chocolate brownies were rich and decadent!

I ordered a supposedly EXTRA THICK hot milk chocolate "à l'ancienne" and ended up with the most watery and overly sweetened hot chocolate ever. Guess what? Your waitress assured me that it was thick... This for $6 +tax is such a bribe.

On Wednesday the 15th of July we went with family (party of 9) to have a good time and try some chocolate delicacies. However, after entering and seeing more than half of the restaurant empty, we were informed by the team leader that they could not accommodate us due to lack of staff!! According to her, they could only serve... More

Been saving this tartinade for Saturday breakfast and wanting to use it today before it "supposedly" expire, only to find an ugly surprise under the expiration date... This tartinade had expired in jan 2015 but a second label was stamped on it to give the impression that it will expire this month (July 2015). Very disappointed because I've been a... More

The desserts here are incredible (that's all we had). Everything else looked delicious, too. Dessert sampler and brownie with ice cream are sinfully delicious!

Love it love it love it. Whenever i crave chocolate or sweets, we go there. I have had the chocolate fondu with the fruits, the brownie, the ice cream, and everything is delicious. A must when you are in Montreal. They have one in Laval now, yeay!

My friend told me I had to go here while I was in Montreal so we went a few hours before we left. Very delicious crepes! Definitely worth checking out.

Chocolate. Yes, we all love chocolate. This is a nice spot but i think a little expensive for the things they offer. One problem on the day we went, few staff available so we get longer waits.

Staying in Le Plateau Mont-Royal

Neighborhood Profile
Le Plateau Mont-Royal
Go native in Plateau Mont-Royal, where bespoke shopping, hip eateries, and wacky paint jobs attract locals and transplants alike, making it one of the city's most diverse and distinctly authentic experiences. A creative hub, Montreal's artistic elite pack the cafes along Rue Saint-Denis, where young painters and fashion designers draw inspiration from the playful murals and stately Victorian homes that dot the Plateau's side streets. Not a major sightseeing destination, a visit to Plateau Mont-Royal allows you to enjoy a local perspective, soaking in indie films, latte art, contemporary galleries, and the city's best bagels. A center of polyglot culture, Québécois accents mingle with shades of Portuguese, Greek, and Hebrew in the area's iconic Mile End district, where restaurants straddle chic designer boutiques, serving up chorizo and caldo verde. Friendliest to those on foot, it's a jungle of colorful awnings and sidewalk umbrellas, pedestrian walks and luxury shopping.
