Exceptional Every Bite

Amazing food! Every bite exceptional! I do not remember a meal where every item appetizer, bread, sides and main was of this quality! You get what you pay for, which is to say while expensive well worth it! Drank beer to keep it to $90 per person most of wine would have made it well exceed $100 per... read more

My absolute favorite place to take my wife. The atmosphere feels like home to us and the food is amazing. Scallops with the lemon cream was perfectly served and my favorite when we visit. Book your reservations early because they tend to fill up quickly but are very accommodating.

The food, the service the ambiance were terrific, and yet it is old and rustic, and not opulent in any way. Good wine list, and a great place for foodies and for a romantic Valentine's Day!

This is a cozy place, a bit cave-like but warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the informality of the service paired with excellent creative food. Not the least bit pretentious. Scallops were perfectly prepared although the slightly sweet sauce was not my fav, but I had the best duck ever.

We had a mixed review about the place. From what we have read in reviews, we were expecting to find the best restaurant in town. Although, the cuisine was remarquably good, and the service was somewhat decent, we still were leaving the place with the idea that although it was certainly a nice place but for it to be qualified... After roaming the beautiful old neighborhood looking for this gem, (had been told about it) we were delighted that the "booked" Saturday evening could accommodate us in a little table in the corner hall.. We had the most delicious dinner of Scallops- with a lemon cream that made you close your eyes, Atlantic Char and Bison that were both as... More

I went to CCP for my husband's birthday after admittedly having some reservations about the restaurant due to the website. By the look of the site, the restaurant looked "stuffy". For the record, I was dead wrong. When we walked in, we felt a great vibe. It's hard to describe, but very cool. We were seated near the bar at... More

I always find that it is somewhat difficult to travel anywhere during Christmas and New Years. In Montreal's case, many restaurants and establishments were closed for an extended period of time. I came across Le Club Chasse et Pêche while doing my research online on where to dine, and decided to give it a try as most of the reviews... More

Great restaurant. Service was great and food was so creatively prepared. My girlfriend and I were blown away by it. We live in Dallas and there are great places there, but this was special. Surprisingly affordable for what you get. I have spent $400 for two a places in San Francisco and been far less impressed . The braised piglet... More
