I frequently search for vegan recipes on the Internet and a few months ago came across Aux Vivres vegan smoked salmon recipe and read the positive reviews about this restaurant. I promised myself that I would eat there the next time I was in Montreal. I had completely forgotten about this when we were in Montreal recently until we consulted... More

This is a must hit whenever I am in Montreal. Their fare is delicious and healthy. They even sell some of their sauces and spreads on site. If only they didn't need to be refrigerated, I'd always be taking some home with me!

Great innovative and tasty food, try the Banana Ginger Smoothie! Very filling portions, had the Thai rice bowl and that was plenty. Friendly knowledgeable servers. Might want to go early on weekends as it gets pretty busy by 6 pm.

Even though you are not vegetarian and are willing to try, you won't be disappointed. I recommend the Corn Bread as an appetizer and the Dragon Bowl as main dish. Smoothies and juices are also delectable. Try it!!

Being vegan and working in hospitality for a few years now, I'm very opened minded to all types of restaurants and cuisines. Having said that, I do love solely vegan restaurants because it is one instance where I don't have to treat a restaurant menu like the map of a new city I'm trying to navigate-looking at all possible solutions... This is one of the best carrot cakes i've ever had, and its vegan. If you only end up grabbing of slice of cake you've done yourself a favor!

I've been there about 20 times. Prices are good 8-17$. I've had 5 meals, the chilli, vegeburger, portobello burger, chana wrap and by far my favourite the BLT!!! It is so good. They have a lot of good desserts too. I'm over due for a visit.

I would like to start off by saying that I am by far not a very picky eater. All I ask for is healthy, fresh, yummy, animal friendly foods and I am sold! Although, I visited this restaurant on 3 separate occasions between November 2013 and December 2013, with a different friend every time I went. Each time, we both... More

Such good, healthy and creative food. I don't eat gluten and my friend is deathly allergic to tree nuts. They were very good and making sure that we were well taken care of and that we enjoyed our food. They were friendly and the atmosphere is very trendy. I loved every bite and was stuffed by the end of the... More
