Good brunch

This restaurant recently started offering brunch on the weekend, and they are doing a very good job of it! The menu is not very long, but it is different and appetizing. The price is not outrageous, and the coffee is very good. They also offer some artisan beer. For the moment, the place is not... read more

I love this place! I used to go often when I lived close by. They have great food which isn't very expensive, and they also have great shows: either music or comedy.

The menu is quite small - probably a choice of about 10 entrees and the same number of mains. The menu is changed quite often so each visit provides a different selection. Four of us each chose different entrees and mains and agreed they were all superb. The wait staff were attentive, friendly and prompt. A plus for us was... More

My friends and I were staying in a condo in East Montreal and were looking for some nice dinner options. We found this place mentioned in Trip Advisor, but with no detailed reviews! People seemed to like it well enough, so we gave it a try. We were very happy to find a funky place with some interesting art work... More

Always nice food but a bit limited in choice. Great atmosphere and right on my doorstep.

Staying in Olympic Park & Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa)

Neighborhood Profile
Olympic Park & Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa)
Named for the Olympic Stadium complexes built for the 1976 games, the Olympic Park and the surrounding neighborhood of Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa) make up an invigorated area dedicated to "Space for Life." Around the Olympic Village's arenas and stadiums, Rue Sherbrooke welcomes exploration of its sculpture gardens decorated in the works of Jean-Paul Riopelle and its museum culture headed by the historical Château Dufresne. Maisonneuve Park offers interactive experiences at its bio-dome, insectarium, planetarium, and botanical gardens. For a change of scene, the gentrified space along Rue Ontario Est is packed with the city's newest, edgiest cafes, where an imaginative, youthful crowd sips foamy cappuccinos. A visit here is incomplete without stepping into the vast halls of the Maisonneuve Market, with flower stalls, wine depots, and local produce.
