Was thrilled to go, but that excitement was dulled immediately by the abrupt, rude, "hurry up and give us your money" attitude of the staff, and the fatty, overly thick, mediocre smoked meat. can't wait to have another meal at schwarts's! it comes either in lean, medium, or regular(i think). ordered in medium, should have gotten the lean. it's got enough flavor and juices even without the fat. too bad we went there on the last day of our stay. great lunch option for a great price. more
