Amazing elegant fresh food from local sources. The chef has great precision and an elegant touch. The chef is from France, and makes one of the best Foie Gras torchons in the world-better than Tom Keller (French Laundry in Napa). I would go here before Toque, before La Chronique, before Laloux, Lemiac, 400 Coupes, Chasse la Peche, and many more....
