Made the dinner reservation on line for two and arrived at this chic upscale downtown Montréal hotel restaurant. We were politely greeted and taken to our table. Our waiter was very friendly and helped us select a very nice bottle of Languedoc Grenache red wine. Detailed explanations were given on the different menu possibilities and various meal options and content... More

I had a 3-course dinner at this restaurant and enjoyed great culinary art. Nicolas, the waiter, was extremely helpful in the choice of food and wine and served us with good humour. The place is expensive, but absolutely worth it, and I would love to go back next time I am in Montreal.

I had breakfast and must say, I went though the whole basket of croissant and danish the Continental breakfast. Setting has a European touch, service excellent. Will go back there for the croissants.

The Renoir is expensive, but it is more than worth it, because of a creative and imaginative menu, food faultlessly cooked and presented, and service which is both efficient and friendly. It is worth every penny, and I recommend it without hesitation.

I tried Renoir with a friend a week ago. The place is really nice and food was good. I cannot say anything bad about this restaurant, we had a very good time there. Quiet place, perfect for couples or friends who want to talk. I thought it was a little too expensive compare to the other gastronomic restaurant in the... More

Hotel restaurants are often not our first choice of dining when traveling. However, after exploring Trip Advisor, we highly recommend Renoir for great food and excellent service.
